Every time I have used fed ex they deliver to the wrong place, neighbors houses etc., This time rather than finding out the address instead of po box, they pulled up an old address and delivered there when we have moved hence the po box. They should have called for physical address if they dont deliver there.

Horrible! Lied about not having my package when I went in, called them 20 minutes after leaving and all of a sudden they do have my package... they had it all along, thank you for wasting my time and guess making two trips because of the incompetence
