Ive move to monmouth in october 2015. Some of their employees are very sweet and helpful but some are rude and the sad part is the lines are always long at post office but i dont mind. Anyways, my real problem is last week Ive started noticing that Im not getting any mails in my mailbox at my home address but i didnt worry about it and thinking to myself, hmmm thats odd. I was little concern when my boss text me and told that he had send me something in the mail and it was return to him. My boss send me a picture of the address he send my mail to. I told my boss he got the right address and i dont understand why it send back to him. On Saturday 1/21/17 i suppose to receive some things here at my place. I called UPS they told me they will contact sporting goods to find out where are my package. I went to check my mailbox, i noticed the little white piece of paper in there someone cross my name out and wrote on the vacant. Im am furious at this point and i cant deal with them until Monday morning on 1/23/17. My point is why in the hell you erased somebody name off and put on the paper vacant when they havent even move or even fill out the forwarding address?

Used them before quick service, but not open late enough during the holidays. Some of us go to work or go to school and it would be nice to drop packages off after 5pm on a week day. I guess its a small town thing not to be open a little later during the holidays. When you post that youre open until 11:59 pm might want to add services close at ______. Otherwise good service.

Absolutely the rudest, worst customer service ever. Of I could, I would rate a zero. I guess if you are a government agency, its ok to be lazy and rude.

Nice employees, have occasionally had my mail messed up but they are always helpful in getting it resolved.
