I did some serious damage to my hair with a lot of bleaching and bright coloring. I was going to dye it brown at home and I had a serious reaction to the dye I purchased. I went into the salon for a consult, ended up getting taken care of right away. I took up the stylists entire morning and she didnt get mad or complain once. She took one look at my hair and sat down with me to discuss what was within my budget. The first dye we chose I had an immediate allergic reaction to and she got it out of my hair so fast, it was great. Barely had an effect on my hair, didnt have time to set. Instead of giving up, she went and found another dye and combined colors to come out with the same color I originally wanted. She was determined to fix my hair before I left and didnt ramp up my fees for the dye that was wasted. Then she did the cut and style and it came out looking much better. Some of the dye has faded now and some of the weird color has come out underneath, but I had a LOT of dye in my hair before she even touched it and thats normal. It actually looks kind of cool, having brown hair with green and blue undertones and highlights. Im going to schedule a hair cut today because now they are the only ones I trust with my hair. She literally saved me, right when I was starting my new job.

I went to get a hair styling with layers. I gave the stylist very specific instructions how I want it. She pretty much screwed my hair style. She made it so short that it cant be fixed. After I came home and dried my hair, its so short that I cant even tie my hair. When I called them, they asked me to come over and we will give you a complimentary fix, what kind of a crap is that! When you hire a stylist they are supposed to know what they are doing rather just trim hair in random fashion the way they like. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR TO LOOK GOOD!! BEWARE!!!

Ive been to this salon before, always with great results. But yesterday a very nice young stylist gave me THE *worst* cut I have ever had in my entire 60 years on this planet. She was a very pleasant person --- but my simple short cut is now a major hack job . . . & today I repeat the 40 round-trip to Olympia, to a different salon, to see if there is anything they can do to rescue it, other than shave my head. Good Lord!

Worst hair cut and highlights ever!!! I had Tina do my hair and after talking and talking how great she is and how much experience she has, i ended up walking out of there with yellow hair! Will never go back there again!!!
