5 stars for Atmosphere, service, price, and worth waiting for. Located on the corner of a small outlet mall area. This place is not to be mixed up with the beauty salon a few doors down. Sign for Hairplus Gallery just says Barbershop on it so dont be confused. There is also a barber pole out front. Parking is right in front of the shop. Street view is misleading and taken from a walking trail. You can see the edge of the shop in the corner of the photo. The atmosphere and environment alone is worth checking this place out. It is called a Gallery for a reason. There is art all along the walls which gives you a lot more to look at then other barber or hair salons. The shop feels homey and comfortable, as though it has a personality. Waiting chairs are comfortable and cushioned and feel relaxed to sit in. Also included, the standard array of magazines and a large television to watch which you can request channels on. If I was going to make a classy movie about a barbershop Id choose this place. As I am new to the area I have tried a handful of different barbershops and salons in the area trying to find a balance between price and experience. The prices here are the lowest I found at $12 for a buzzcut and about $16 for a more traditional cut, depending on what you have done. The other places I went to charged me $20-$30 for a buzzcut and claimed it was the quality of the cut that made it so pricy. While at the Hairplus Gallery I was informed it has been in business for 20 years by the original owner and barber, but that does not imply his staff is less competent. When I had my hair cut they were very clear on the details I gave them and asked me about the length they were removing before trimming it up. The conversation was easy going and I never felt like I had to come up with something to say. If I didnt feel like talking, I didnt have to. There are only two barber chairs in this location and each is worth the wait. With two people in front of me I waited between 15 and 20 minutes. The haircut I got shows it was worth the small wait. I should also note that there is a beauty salon just a few stores down. From the outside it looked standard for beauty salons but I can not review or give an opinion of it because I did not go in and can not say if it is better or worse then the Hairplus Gallery.

Andrew is awesome! Friendly, gentle, and a delight to talk to. Makes everyone feel comfortable. Pays attention to every detail and is always checking to see what my expectations were at each step. I had a disaster at great clips and came to Andrew here at Gallery barbershop and he fixed it up and charged me nothing!!!! Hes been doing this for years and has the experience, yet is up to date on modern styles. Did a great job with my fade and look forward to my return visit. Prices are fair, cut looks fresh, conversation relaxing, and costumer experience exceptional!!! Highly recommend.

This is the barber shop Ive been looking for all my life. It was like getting a cut in my grandparents living room...only theres a big TV and old issues of mens magazines on the shelf. Beyond just the experience, the old man gave me a great modern haircut - and he did it fast with little direction. 10/10 - I will never go to another barber.

This guy is the coolest. A Barber who has an affinity for canvas art. Some of his originals on the wall as well. A very comfortable, kind and genuine guy and an absolute artisan of hair.

Older gentlemen cut my hair and did a great job with the fade. He obviously has been doing this for quite some time, and the atmosphere of the shop is great.
