I called to inquire about cost for laundering vs. dry cleaning. The person that answered the phone did not formally answer the phone by saying, "Hello, Puhich Dry Cleaning". They simply said, "What!". When I asked can I speak to someone about their services and prices, I was told not right now and they hung up. #NotGettingMyBusiness

In a place of business, answer the phone accordingly. Called to inquire about services and the lady just answered the phone "Yes? Who is this?" without any sort of introduction or business name, like I was calling any Joe Schmoe. Its called business and phone etiquette. It helps establish a level of professionalism.
