This place is just awful!!! I decided I wanted my wedding dress cleaned before my wedding and called a reputable bridal shop who recommended Stadium Cleaners. When I handed it over I told them how nervous I was because I had heard awful wedding dress cleaning stories. They told me not to worry and that it was in safe hands. When I came to pick it up it was a complete mess. The lace had shrunk, half the beadwork was missing and there were black stains that looked like it had been caught in some kind of machine. They offered to fix it and swore they could make it better. Because I had spent so much money at this point I decided it wouldnt hurt to let them fix their mistake. I should have known better. When I returned they had sewn beads on that did not match the originals, nothing else had been fixed. I grabbed my dress and left in tears. Later I demanded to speak to the owner but after many attempts I realized they werent ever going to let me talk to "Bill" who never seemed to work there,as far as I know he doesnt exist. The bottom line is if you are thinking about taking any clothing to this place that you care about think again it is not worth the risk. I had horrible experience with these people and all I can do now is to warn others as I wish I had been warned.

I had a suit and shirt cleaned. The dry cleaning job was fine, but the customer service wavered. When I went to pick everything up, I presented a coupon that I had printed off from their website. The employee said that I could not redeem the coupon because I had not presented it when I dropped my items off (neither the coupon, nor the website, specified this). Keep in mind that you pay when you pick things up. I presented the coupon before she had even started ringing me up. It would have only saved me a few dollars, so its not a big deal, but cmon... A tiny shred of customer service / desire to earn my business would have gone a long way. Instead, I will probably never go back. Who needs to put up with a weird attitude when there are dry cleaners everywhere to choose from.

I dont know what equipment (other than the carousel) was used in this shop, but it took me a visit to ANOTHER cleaner just to remove the smell and the dusty residue literally pressed into my sweaters. I had to come back three times and argue with them that professional dry cleaning shouldnt leave my clothes smell worse and look dirtier than before. I was at UVillage a month ago, however, and it looked like they went out of business. Good riddance!

The seamstress was so rude! They took forever on a simple alteration (just a skirt hem) and charged too much for their poor service.
