DO NOT every use this dry cleaners. I have had more then 2 people who live in the area use this and have had nothing but bad luck with them ruining their items. One item was a $200 comforter for a California King that they washed - not dry cleaned then tore and sewed. Then they accused my friend of doing it. Who has a washing machine at their home that would wash a CA Kind comforter? They tell her to get a receipt for the conforter so they could help her with it and when she produces it not only is the person who can make this decision unavailable but they will not give her back her conforter. Which she already paid for. This place is a BAD place to take dry cleaning. I feel they are not fully trained at this location and are damaging those things we expect to come back clean. If I could leave a negative start I would. DO NOT ever take anything you expect to come back clean and undamaged to this place. Drive to a better cleaners.

One of their delivery drivers hit me in one of their vans as I was walking on the sidewalk. The driver paused for a minute because he knew he had struck me with his van and then sped off without getting out to see if I was all right or apologizing. I called the company to share what happened and they could not care less. They said they would have someone call me back, but they never did. ****Disclaimer: this is not a review of their cleaning abilities. I have never used their cleaning services, but the clothes I was wearing that day as I was forced into contact with their dirty van did need to be cleaned. Maybe that is a new business generation strategy for them? Run down pedestrians with dry clean only tags on their clothes and hope they drop off their clothes their establishment?

NEVER EVER use this cleaners!!!!! If I could rate them with negative stars I would. The customer service is terrible. They ruined a California King quilt I took to them. When I picked it up it was tore in 2 places and the stuffing was totally ruined. They proceeded to tell me it wasnt their fault and Ive been trying to work with them for 6 weeks to get them to make things right. And Im going on week 7 and still no customer service. Regency cleaners has NO customer service and their staff if very negative and not friendly. I encourage you to take your cleaning to another dry cleaner location. DO NOT USE REGENCY IN LAKELAND HILLS

DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER! I dropped off two suits and a hand full of shirts when we moved to lake tapps. My experience was so awful! First when I went back to pick up my clothes they closed the shop 25 minutes before the advertised time. Why would you say you will close at 7 and when I show up at 6:35 you not be there? This caused me to not have a suit for work that following morning and be late to work. When I received the suits they were more wrinked then when I dropped them off!! You may be attracted to their prices but I cannot stress enough the importance of seeing another cleaner down this hill!! Awful experience!!

They RUINED my daughters dress and are not being accountable for replacing it. They distroyed the large 6-8 buttons on the neckline. They tried to replace the buttons with tiny tiny buttons that were nothing like the originals. The owner has been left three messages to call me about this issue. I was just informed that they are not going to give us anything because, GET THIS, we did not come back to pick the dress up for two months after it was originally brought in.. ALREADY PAID FOR, MIND YOU!!!! The customer serice is outragious. The dress was not expensive, less than $100.00 BUT, its (WAS) a darling dress

First they only take cash which is mildly inconvenient but the worst is that it takes 5 days to get mens shirts laundered!! The price was ok and the location is great but between that they were SO completely rude to deal with and took such a ridiculous amount of time, we will never use them again. We have called around and everyone is competitive with their pricing and has 1-2 day turnaround. Not a tough choice!

Price of dry cleaning went up to 3.25 8/2016. I have seen some of the other reviews on Google and Yahoo. It is true they are a bit quaint, a mom and pop operation. They are also a lot cheaper than any other place I have found for standard stuff, shirts, pants, skirts. And they never give me grief when I lose my receipt. Note: this is pay when you drop off your clothes, not when you pick them up.

Brought a pair of suit pants in for minor repair. Was quoted the expected price, but my issues were: - Prepayment required - 1 week for repair - $0.60 charge for using debit/credit Visited shop up the road; same price, 4 days, pay upon completion. Not sure about fee (which most banks and card issuers prohibit)

$1.25 for shirts, $3.25 for "everything else"?? What is this? The 1980s? I havent seen prices like this since that time. Yes, they take a little longer - but plan ahead, and youll be fine. Seamster services also available on-site, so if you lost a button, or need an alteration - all there...

Go somewhere else. They lost an expensive 2 piece suit and two hand beaded blouses! Irreplaceable. No ownership, placed fault elsewhere and refused to make it right. You will be disappointed! Unorganixed and bad customer service. No integrity!!! Not worth it.
