Never going back! Today was the second time they ruined a piece of clothing, but wont admit or compensate for their mistake. They ruined a jacket, but claim I brought it in in this condition, so they didnt attempt to dry clean. Excuse me? Youre the same person that visually inspected this jacket when I brought it in for dry cleaning and NOW youre noticing it is all faded and runined? No, your cleaners ruined this jacket! You just lost $100 per month account over a ruined $75 jacket. In my opinion, thats a terrible way to run a business! My rating! Zero stars for service, quality, and dishonesty, but one star is the lowest possible rating.

This place must be under new management since the last review 2 years ago. They do a great job with my shirts. I have been taking them there every week for about three months and havent had a single problem. The lady that runs the place also does the alterations. She altered 8 dress shirts for me and they turned out great! I highly recommend Metro Cleaners. Dont let the old reviews scare you.

This place is the worst dry cleaners I have ever been too. They never get my button down shirts clean. They are worthless when it comes to stains or spots bc they cant get anything out. I have given them many chances and they fail every time. I will never go back here and i definitely dont recommend them.

Never once had an issue, great friendly service. I have been a customer for over 2 years having my shirts and suits cleaned almost weekly.
