This establishment is beyond the pale. I paid for a rush 1 day jacket pressing service, and was contacted after hours (too late to pick up) to say they would not be able to do it after all, but I would fetch the laundry in San Leandro the next morning (a 30-minute detour), on the way to my event, because they couldnt do a simple ironing job before 10AM. I had taken several jobs to them before because theyre conveniently located. They offered a 10% discount for my trouble, and had the nerve to call the police when I refused to pay for "rush service". Buyer beware-- even under normal conditions the quality is not great, the prices are excessive (compared even to the very well-run Virginia Cleaners), and they are highly aggressive. Convenience isnt worth such a price.

I would give this shop zero stars if I could. I used them a few times for wash-and-fold, but the last time I picked up my laundry from them, I came home to find that at least a solid 20 pieces of clothing (an entire laundry load) were missing, and that I had someone elses underwear in my order. I returned the extraneous clothes and inquired about mine: the owner said that the clothes were probably given away accidentally to other wash-and-fold customers. They refused to issue a refund, and didnt even apologize for the mix-up; and now I have to go buy new clothes at my own expense. Going to College Cleaners was an expensive mistake. Avoid at all costs.

Worst dry cleaner I have ever used. First of all, outrageously expensive. Second of all, dont have clothes available when promised. Finally, on two separate occasions, I rushed there prior to work to pick up clothes and they werent open, no signs, nothing; they just appear to open when they feel like it. There are plenty of other options in the area; save yourself some money and get better customer service.

They ruined my wool sweater. Its 2 sizes too small and the texture, which used to be soft and luxurious, looks like its been brushed by a metal dog brush. To top it all off, the guy there claims it he cant issue a refund unless I leave the sweater! When he mentioned it was management policy, I asked for their number, and he gave me a bogus one.

They do same day wash-n-fold. The owner follows all special instructions. You can bring your own detergent. Owner even tolerated of certain confused instructions that I gave her. Dry cleaning services is done off-site, but, it works well too. Great shop. Owner is ethical, kind, and friendly. Great customer service.

They are unethical (they called me to tell me that it was going to be one day late and then when I went in they told me I called and requested that it be one day late. also, they do not honor their promise to give 1 free garment and they are overpriced 15 dollars for one jacket.

My favorite shirt took two weeks longer to clean and when I finally called to ask about it, it turns out they had lost it. Now I have to go in again an fill out an insurance form for reimbursement. DO NOT USE.

This place is committing serious fraud-- overcharged me by $30 and refused to give me a proper refund. It is shocking to me that this place is still in business.
