I wanted to give this place better stars as they did a great job cleaning my renaissance court dress. However, the price and lack of follow up brought my rating down. The last time I had my dress cleaned it was almost half the price. But by the time I got the quote, it wasnt worth the time and effort to find another place to take it. When I got there, I signed up for text alerts. After a couple weeks of no response, I finally called them. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt at first as I wasnt given an exact time frame. When I called in, I was informed my dress was done over 2 weeks ago!! Needless to say, I was disappointed. It makes me wonder if they would have ever called me. I am thankful I wasnt on an urgent time frame, but I would have appreciated a courtesy call about a week after they attempted to contact me via text. When I picked it up I was informed some other customers had also had not received texts. I hope they figure out their system and start giving courtesy calls.

The new management is a great improvement. The staff, husband and wife, are attentive and flexible. Clothes come back clean and prices are reasonable. Apparently installed new, greener laundry machines.

The staff is friendly and their process is unique and gentle on your clothes. This is the only place Ill turn my clothes over to.
