This was the only subway i always go to. Never had any problems before untill today. Ordered ahead of time online so i can pick up on the way to work. AccidentLy clicked 3 orders of one kind instead of just one. I called a second after submitting the order to let them know to make only one. The old guy in there ask which one n i explained its only one kind. I arrived there and he said he canceled the whole order. Then he ask me "did you want to order a sandwhich?. I left there hungry and late for work cuz i have tobwait for them serving customers that ordered after me. Employees esp this older guy needs customer service training. He shouldve made the sandwhich since i ordered it instead of asking me if i wanted to order a sandwhich. I woudlve paid for it.

Stores under new management now and its a great improvement! The owner is incredibly nice, and Daisy always remembers my regular order. The employees remain super chill and dont mess up orders even when they get totally slammed :)

Service was so terrible that my grandparents and I couldve walked out of there without paying the people who served us had no idea how to do their job. Staff needs to be trained better
