Biscuits are hit-and-miss. Some days they are fresh other days they can be hard or smushed. Asked for a fresh biscuit yesterday and got a smashed biscuit. I took a picture, went in the store today spoke to Hallie who explained policy and that they never make mistakes and she "cant help what happens after it leaves the store" OMG! As if?. I Got into an argument with her trying to defend herself while everyone watched. I asked for another mgr, Chelsea stepped in and simply gave me a fresh biscuit. Haleys attitude is not Chick-fil-A and never mgmt material. Todays biscuit was great! All I ask is for trustworthy consistency and not to be blaimed if I take time to bring a problem to your attention. 2nd post: Take it or leave it Chick-fil-A. Lynnwood Chick-fil-A customer service in the morning is seriously lacking. They do a great job saying good morning its a wonderful day butt the food is hit-or-miss. Biscuits are often hard or smushed. After several attempts to address the inconsistencies with the management I have decided to never return. I spoke to the owner of the store after being refused a refund yesterday for the fourth bad biscuit in a week. His response to my claims of inconsistency and extremely poor management was unsatisfactory. Hallie a manager who claims they do nothing wrong and follow all policies no matter what a should not be in retail. She denied me a refund after handing me a hard biscuit. Its unfortunate because I have loved Chick-fil-A for 20 years. Perhaps theyll find New Management and perhaps they will better understand the Chick-fil-A policies and perhaps Ill return one day but for now this Chick-fil-A is off-limits for breakfast. So sad

Chick-fil-A is somewhat new in the area. I avoided it for a while mainly because Im not into fast food, but a friend convinced me to try it out. First and foremost the staff is super friendly! I know this is something that the restaurant chain prides themselves with. No one has ever asked of they can carry my tray to my table at a fast food joint before. At Chick-fil-A it happened, and the employee left us with the phrase, "my pleasure," after asking if she could get us anything else. The restaurant gets a good following with the drive through line extended well beyond their parking lot. Have no fear because their parking lot is also armed with employees who have wireless headsets to help you choose your meal before even reaching the building. We ate our meal inside while watching how long customers were in their drive through line. Let me tell you it was not long. How about the grub? Well folks its real chicken. Not mashed chicken component slammed between a bun, but real chicken. Pieces vary in size and shape. My kids got chicken nuggets that were all different looking. They pulled apart like chicken breast should! I had a spicy chicken which was pretty tasty. Milk shakes are a must! I also need to add that the restaurant was very clean and staff work hard to keep to that way. You pay a premium for the service and quality of food but its well worth the few extra bucks. Im definitely going back.

Not my local Chick-fil-A, but needed a quick bite for the road. Went through the drive-thru which moved fairly quickly there were two staff taking orders and running your debit card the line then filed into one lane to pick up the order. Shortly before the pickup window there was another staff that confirmed your name and your order and then when you got the pickup window the staff greeted you by your first name which was a little odd for a drive-through fast-food chain, Im sure theyre trying to personalize it but it felt a little odd. I purchased the four chicken strip meal that came with waffle fries and a drink and complimentary sauces which I had the Chick-fil-A sauce and the sweet hot mustard. The waffle fries were amazing! both sauces were very good, the coke was to order which was a regular Coke with light ice and the chicken strips were small and a bit disappointing. The breading on the chicken strips had been knocked off in several places and totally not what I expected for all the hype that goes with Chick-fil-A. If I were to visit again it would be because its convenient and easy to eat while driving. Definitely not for the product. I also thought The meal was considerably pricy as it was a little over $9 for these items.

I went to try Chick-fi-A for the first time yesterday at about noon. The line crossed 196th and there were a couple of police directing traffic. There was a manager (I assumed by his clothing) handing out laminated menus to people in line, and another employee taking orders on a mobile device. The line never stopped moving and I had food in-hand in less than 10 minutes. I eat low carb so tried the grilled chicken pieces with a side salad. Delicious! The side salad has cheese and instead of croutons it came with some crunchy red peppers. The buffalo sauce is really good as well. Ill definitely go back! The only thing I did not like was that there are construction cones and "Exit" signs that lead you all the way across the huge parking lot and when you get over there, theres a rock wall with no exit! You have to turn around and drive all the way back to where you came in.

I used to go to Chick-fil-A down in Texas all the time. Their food is delicious and the service is always set to such a high standard. This location is no exception. Line of cars in the drive through stretching all the way across the parking lot but with professional teamwork everyone got through the line from the very back to getting food in less than ten minutes. Everyone smiles and makes sure your order is exactly what you want and sends you off wishing you a great day and to come back soon. I dont know how they do it. The person in front of me must have ordered something by mistake because I was even offered a complimentary peppermint milkshake which was delicious! I always recommend Chick-fil-A to anyone and I still will!

Guilt-nuggets are delicious even if you know its wrong. I might not like the company, but I do like their chicken. As a chain goes the food quality is what youd get from any Chil-Fil-A. This is a super busy location on the weekends. Expect lines during meal times. They keep the soda machine behind the counter so if you want a refill you have to go up, wait in line and ask for a refill. That said, they will refill your soda if you ask. Weirdly they still use Styrofoam soda cups. Something about Styrofoam creeps me out. Maybe knowing itll still be around long after my body has disintegrated?

December 5th..... 1996 On this day my beautiful baby brother was brought into this world by my magnificent and loving mother. It was on this day... My life changed forever. Fast forward 1 year. My brother grows to one year old and is devoted to the life of the several chickens my mother had purchased just one week earlier. These chickens were his life blood and were the reason he was alive. Fast forward 10 years to the inception of chic-fil-as number 2 on the menu. We come to see how delicious it is. And we realize.... It was pretty good.

It is truely unbelieveable how well Chick-fil-A treats their customers! Every time I go into one I cant help but smile, something about the atmosphere in a Chick-Fill-A is different, you feel a positive vibe the minute you walk through the doors. The employees are are SO friendly, helpful, kind, respectful and they make you (the customer feel important) thats the way it should be everywhere! THE FOOD IS AWESEOME!!! Sooooo good. Yummy:) It brings me joy knowing that there is a company out there that is still doing the right thing.
