As a matter of fact we ate there again today, against my better judgement. The meal we had today was as good as always at the Everett location, but I must tell you the meal we had on November 9th at Panera Lynnwood location was the worst service I have ever had. The store was closing an hour early for a staff meeting but we were there more than an hour prior to that early closing time. The woman in front of us was very upset; she stated she waited in line for 17 minutes and when she asked about the availability for a bagel, the staff person said there was none. The staff did not make anything fresh and would not sell any of the bagels or breads that were on the baking sheet racks. A disappointing experience, and we will not be eating at the Lynnwood location again.

Ive eaten at Panera since college and the multiple locations Ive lived since then. I cant tell you how much I recommend against eating at this Panera. DO NOT GO HERE. Ive had five orders be severely wrong over the past six months. Three of these were to-go orders where we found out once we were home. None of these were minor mistakes - were talking about forgetting the chicken on a salad, or on an order of two bagels and a scone, missing the scone. All of these were basic menu choices - not highly customized options. They simply cant execute basics. If you see some of the other reviews for this location, youll notice the same thing. Just dont bother with this location - there a bunch of places to eat at the Alderwood Mall, and this place will ruin the Panera brand for you with frustrating experiences and lost money.

I ordered food with my boyfriend and I was really craving a smoothie so I ordered the berry one and paid SIX bucks for it! I stood at the end of the counter and waited and waited AND WAITED, 25 minutes go by and after asking multiple times for it, I was finally told they had run out and I wouldnt be receiving it. Why didnt they tell me that while I was waiting for it, or when I asked for it 50 times OR for that matter, when I ordered it in the 1st place! I got home and was missing a sandwich as well. I guess I shud have checked but u shunt have to, ya know? When u pay 30$ for a meal, u expect good customer service...or at least the darn food u pay for! Will not go back...gave it a couple more chances and it was terrible every time

What is with these remarks re poor customer service? The counter person took our order diligently and said "thank you" when handing back our change, the waiter served our meals with a smile and asked whether we needed or wanted anything more. Our meals arrived hot when the item should be hot, chilled when the item should be chilled, and tasty. Unsure what more the staff can do than that. I ordered a "Pick 2" meal, 1/2 of a Strawberry Poppy Chicken Salad and 1/2 of a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich. (See photo.) Yummy delicious, especially considering Panera is a fast casual restaurant. I will return, my wife in tow.

This place has the worst customers service. One week while eating the girlfriend and I heard the staff talking poorly about paying customers. A few weeks later (yesterday) our order was wrong. My GF went up and said something then shortly after we heard the staff talking poorly about her and her complaint . Then to top it off when her sandwich was done they did not bring it to the table. They let it sit and get cold until eventually we retrieved ourselves. We will never return to THIS panera again.

Great place to get your soup and sandwich fix for a quick lunch! Decent sized place, considering it is in a mall. Being in a mall means free parking. Clean and well lit place with friendly service. Nice ambient atmosphere allows you to enjoy your food without the feel of loud conversations surrounding you or the feel of being rushed. Nice place, drop in if you find yourself at the mall and in need of some warm soup.

I always come here! I love eating at Panera while reading a book. Its very calming and the soups are amazing! I tried one of the salads before - I dont remember which one but that was definitely tasty as well. There are many choices for vegans/vegetarians. They also are a wifi hotspot, which is a great plus!

I love eating at Panera! I can go here to eat, to study, and to hang out with friends - they really do have a versatile atmosphere. The food is delicious and not very pricey at all, and they also have free wireless so you can do homework while chowing down. The employees are also very friendly!

Andrea at the Alderwood Mall location is fabulous. She has prepared and delivered our last few business caterings and not only does she deliver fantastic customer service, she has gotten each order perfect and we enjoy her dropping by!! And of course the food is always delicious!

You wouldnt expect that the mall location would be a good place to meet but we have had several morning meetings there and it works out well. Plenty of room to spread out and work while enjoying some of their great food and coffee! Open at 6:00 for the early birds.

The first thing that always stands out about most Panera Breads are te comfort if them all. If its not the intoxicating smell of fresh bread when you walk in, its the fireplace. The bad thing about this place is, the line, the crowd can be INSANE on the weekends!

Very friendly as always. We enjoy coming here. Good quality as always. Our desert muffin was on the dry side, they offered another pastry. I really didnt want another one but they were so insisting. That was a major plus. See you again G-man.

I ordered from the Lynnwood location three times and each time I phoned my order in before picking it up, at least 3 things were wrong or missing from my order. The quality of food isnt that great either, definitely not worth the hassle.

Still hungry... kids food was terrible... they ran out of bread bowls.... not a great experience... we had to clean our own table before we sat, since they were all dirty... however, it is fathers day at the mall...

This is the only Panera Bread place that has a WORST customer service, and they serve old salad. The crew who prepare food was super slow, slower than the turtle. They are all slackers! Never eat this place again.

Even with a tremendous line, my order was taken quickly and in a friendly manner. My food came to my table hot and delicious. Why would you not love a place where you can get a side of bread with your sandwich?!

Ordered Rye bread and received loaf with ends cut off. Dang it, I like the heels! Received an apology and the bread was OK (a little too sweet) but I probably wont return.

Really good for a mall location. Has always had adequate seating, and not too terribly busy. Comfortable for laptop working, which is surprising for a mall location.
