Arista catered our wedding in September of 2012 and did an outstanding job! Arista catered and served as bartenders for our reception – exceeding our expectations on both fronts. Brett (the owner) was easy to work with. He was accommodating. And importantly, he was very flexible with meeting our vision for the reception. We chose not to do a traditional sit down dinner and were worried about the execution of a cocktail-party styled wedding. Brett was right on par with our vision and Arista executed it exactly as we pictured - where everyone was mingling throughout the night. The Arista staff also flipped our room between ceremony and reception flawlessly in a very tight space. Our guests didnt even realize a "flip" was going on. They were all distracted by quickly passed hors doeurves and cocktails that the Arista staff was pumping out of the kitchen. A couple of specifics on the food. Aristas chef is very talented and was able to tackle Italian, Mexican, and even Japanese style food for us. My wife and I decided to go heavier on the apps for the first two hours of the reception. They were passed on trays amongst the crowd. We highly recommend all the food they made for us. The passed appetizers were the bruschetta, mushroom profiteers, stuffed scallops, grilled prawns, and quesadilla cones. We opened a buffet table and dessert table later in the evening and people were able to graze throughout the rest night. We had pumpkin ravioli, a beautiful sushi display, grilled vegetables, and a very popular mashtini station where you got mashed potatoes in martini glasses and picked your own toppings. Weve gotten a lot of feedback from our guests about how good the food was and that everyone was full and got plenty of food. The bartenders that Arista used were friendly and did a terrific job serving our guests. We had two bars and open and we never noticed a long line at either bar. The bartenders kept up with the crowd. We’d been to previous wedding where the bartenders weren’t as accommodating; and we were concerned about this prior to selecting Arista. Our fears about this were quickly subdued. Brett’s team did a great job and we were very pleased. One important note: My wife and I under estimated how much wine we’d need for the reception, and actually ran out early in the evening. Fortunately, Brett realized this and drove to the store to replenish our wine stash. He saved us. If you are looking for someone to execute the vision for your wedding, Arista is your caterer. If youve done your research then youll know that Aristas pricing is very competitive. Trust us, they beat out on cost as well as flavor. If youre not familiar with the catering world, you might feel like some caterers are taking advantage of you and charging ridiculous prices not that much food or flavor. Not so with Arista. Arista is trustworthy and you really feel like theyre committed to you and your event. You can feel confident they have your vision and best interest in mind. We wholeheartedly recommend Arista for your wedding.

Look no further than ARISTA for your event! We used them for our wedding and they exceeded our expectations. Ill start with our tasting and meet and greet with Brett, the manager. He was prompt, responsive and friendly. We sat and tasted the Mexican food that we were interested in having. Chicken and beef soft tacos with all the fixings. Delicious, flavorful, and if it was possible to make a taco gormet, they have this nailed! Kind of spicy, kind of sweet, and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the mixed green and goat cheese salad as well. So many of our guests raved about how good that salad was. Brett worked with us, along with Jacquelyn, who was awesome as well, to ensure that all bases were covered. The timeline of the event was well thought out and communicated from start to finish. This is a company who does business with integrity, honesty and quality. From meeting with Brett at the tasting, we got a clear impression that they care about contributing to their customers event going off without a hitch. Brett asked us details that we hadnt really thought of, such as who will move chairs from point a to point b, as well as if there is a convenience store near the venue, in case they needed to make an ice or wine run. The price was fair, and we were aware of exactly what we were paying for. No surprises. Now onto the staff during our reception: the waitstaff was very friendly, efficient and professional. Water glasses stayed full, tables bussed, and these guys were working the entire time. Always smiling, which added so much to our atmosphere. The bartender was a hoot, cracking everyone up when they went for a drink. He was friendly, efficient and professional, while adding to the fun of the party. From start to finish, my husband and I just watched as everything was taken care of seamlessly while we enjoyed our day with our guests. Thank you ARISTA, for helping to make our wedding day absolutely perfect!

I had the pleasure of meeting Brett while working on two weddings that ARISTA catered. While helping the Brides with every detail on their special day I met Brett the owner of ARISTA. I can tell you that he is a dot the Is and cross the Ts kind of guy, he is phenomenal! As with any event things happen (not ARISTAS fault) at one wedding the Bride and Groom had ordered very little white wine for their November wedding. Before the bride and groom even arrived to the reception the white wine was so wonderful it was gone! By the time I found Brett and said "Oh my gosh we are already out of white"! He said, "I already sent out a runner to get more, its taken care of". At that moment I was in love with Brett. He saw an issue, solved the problem, delegated it to an employee and more wine was there in no time. Since that event I have recommended Brett to numerous clients and friends who have used him. Last month I hired Brett for a memorial service I hosted and had catered. During such a high stress time for my family I just knew that I needed someone that I could count on with no problems. To top it off I was out of the Country up until three days before the memorial luncheon I was hosting so there was no time for error. Brett was actually patient enough and handled 90% of the event over email for me. I cannot say enough about his level of professionalism, but lets get serious all of this would be for not if the food was not wonderful. Every event I have personally attended the food has been wonderful. As a matter of fact I have people still calling me about the garlic chicken and roasted vegetable platter. When you read this review look no longer call ARISTA!

ARISTA Catering did a phenomenal job at our wedding this summer! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of every little detail. Our wedding of 180 guests was held at our home and we entrusted Brett and his staff to manage the food and beverage service, as well as, setting up and taking down tables, chairs, decorations, etc. as the wedding went from guest arrival, to the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to sit-down dinner and then to the late party/reception. It was an extremely complicated series of events that I (the bride) dreamed up. While I was waiting to walk down the aisle, then saying my vows, and off getting pictures taken, ARISTA Catering was taking care of everything behind the scenes. My guests commented on how smoothly everything flowed. The food ARISTA provided was excellent and the presentation was perfect! Bretts staff was friendly and efficient. The wedding was a huge success thanks to the professional and experienced services provided by ARISTA Catering. Whether your event is a wedding or a business function, based upon our first hand experience we highly recommend Brett and ARISTA Catering.
