Not happy at all with my experience here. Restaurants are supposed to be about the customer, not this place. Very uptight wait staff and way over priced for what you get. I base my thoughts on three main categories; Food, Service, and Environment. I would give the food itself 4 stars, because it was good. I would give the service 1 1/2 stars. They tried, but it seemed like a put on. Environment? Im not sure what it is trying to be, especially for the price. They are very proud of what they think they have.

Joe gave my mother and father the perfect wedding reception 20 years ago (including the legendary Shiro staff hand rolling sushi!) So many special memories; my first dinner in the Elephant Room especially! Magical in every way...
