I got there around 4pm on Sunday 1/8/17. The wait was pretty standard for anywhere you would go in the area at that time. We get seated and I realize that it is very dark in the restaurant. We could still read the menu because there was a little bit of light coming from outside and we were seated at the window. We ordered and received our food. I ordered a mushroom burger. I received it and the fries were lukewarm. My burger was warm and the cheese was already starting to solidify, like it was cooked and then was getting cold. It was obvious that it had been sitting there for a while. There was a weird sauce on the burger. I was trying to figure out what it was but it was so dark I couldnt make out any colors. I had to put it in the one light we had in the area but I couldnt see anything with it. It was ridiculously dark. Another person at the table ordered a pork chop. It was extremely rough and took a lot of cutting! By dessert time, we could barely make out the menus. You had to tilt it to even try to read the menu. We asked the waiter if they could turn up the lights and we were told its on a timer. He said that other people were also complaining about how dark it was. He did bring us a candle so we could try to see. It was also extremely loud. I was leaning across the table and still had to elevate my voice to have a conversation across the table. I know they are a large company and Im not sure if they have some corporate regulations on light and music but they should really change that to fit each restaurant. Its not like it was 9pm on a Saturday night... I gave it two stars because the cheesecake was good and the wait to get seated wasnt bad.

I ate here a couple times while I was in town for business, once for lunch, once for dinner. Both meals were great. In both cases I was seated immediatly and was promptly attended by a server. The menu here is diverse and there are a lot of different flavors and options. My only complaint is they dont have many smaller portions that arent "health food". Id like to be abel to get a regular entre onlyin a smaller size. Dining alone, almost all the itmes are the menu are too big to have any hope of finishing with room for dessert. I tried the fish and chips for lunch and fount it to be very well executed. The slaw was fresh and much better than I have had elsewhere in the area. For dinner I orded the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwitch. It was nice, but not as spicy as I was hoping for. Both were served with fries which were fine, but I largely ignored them to save room for cheesecake. For dessert I tried the new Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake, and found it to be amazing. On both visits the server who assisted me was attentive and friendly. My only complaint is minor. The seating at this sreseraunt is largely made up of long benches with tables placed in front and chairs oppposite. I have never been a fan of this arrangement, especially at an upscale place. It makes all your conversations public and causes fits for servers. I could also live without the TVs.

I had the worst experience here. Came in here on a Saturday at 12. Waited about 20 minutes for someone to come and asked me for our drinks. Then we got our drinks about 15 minutes later. After we got our drinks she finally came back and asked us to order. We asked for appetizer and she said they were out! :( go figure! She kept rolling her eyes when she was taking our order. Then my sister asked for a certain sandwich out of that also! Wow! Food took about an hour and 10 minutes to come and we had five people total. Our drinks were gone by then. She did not ask us if we wanted any refills we had to ask. Then when our food arrived two of the meals were wrong. Didnt come back to.m Check on us until the bill. This was an absolute nightmare I will never come back again. Waitress was horrible and made us feel like we were bothering her by being there. She needs to be fired shes running customers away!!!!!!!

Worst Cheesecake Factory experience Ive had. Ive been to several of these restaurants and this one was the worst. Ordered wine and the glass came with a sticky goo on it. Waited 20 min for someone to come by so I could get a new glass. The server gave me a dirty look when I asked her for bread, which she had told me she was bringing 20 min prior. Then when the appetizers came I had to ask the server for plates. Asked for the manager, he came and only offered free cheesecake, which we were not interested in at this point. The ultimate problem was when he sent the original server back with the check, and no apology from her for the terrible service. Ive never had a manager send the server back if you have complain about them. This place needs to get it together. Poor service!

From the beginning, the wait was an hour long, then we finally got seated and after a while, they finally took our orders. The item I ordered was a cheesesteak sandwich for $14. By the time the food came, we were already full of the bread and butter. Then, I bit into the sandwich and the bread was rock hard. I look on the sides and the bread is burnt. We called the waiter and she asked if I wanted it on white bread. Thinking it was gonna be on some nice bun, I said that was fine. After about another 15 minutes, the waiter brings it in. The bread was the kind that is used to make grilled cheese sandwiches! I could have made the same sandwich at home for $3 and not have it be burnt and I wouldnt have to pay $14 for it..! Super disappointed.. Never coming back here again!

Food is great but the menu is insanely huge. Its one of the better cheesecake factory locations that I have visited. Bartenders offer the fastest and best service so I try to sit there when possible. Expect a wait but its worth it. Ironically I dont find their cheesecake that great. Beer selection is acceptable but cocktails are usually stars. Just avoid the overly sweet and over priced options they often feature for drinks. I tried the roadside sliders with fries for happy hour and they were nearly a perfect little yummy greasy cheesy goodness. The Madeira chicken and homestyle foods are always popular but burgers, pasta and more are done well. If you have a picky group of diverse tastes this is your best bet.

Its probably been about 5 years since we have been to this particular restaurant. We came tonight around 6:30 because we happened to have a gift card. It was just 4 of us, and I expected to have to wait a little. We only waited about 5 minutes to be seated. The other wait times (drinks, ordering, food arriving) were all very reasonable. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the food. I had the Carne Asada Medallions (one of the specialty menu items) and it was delicious. I think that should be a regular menu item. The flavor of the sauce with corn side and the peppers was amazing. Based on tonights experience I will probably go back again, even without a gift card. :-)
