Doesnt keep to their posted hours: I tried to go to this Quiznos location last night (2/14/2017) for dinner around 5:30 pm. Prior to leaving my house I checked online to make sure they would be open and the hours for Tuesday were listed as 10am-9pm (The same hours were also listed on the door at the entrance to the store). When I got there the lights were off and there was a handwritten note taped to the door that read “Sorry we closed early”. It wouldnt have been that big of a deal if I lived nearby, but this is the closest Quiznos location to my house and I still ended up driving 40 minutes in traffic just to get there. I recommend calling ahead of time if you plan on going here to make sure they will actually be open.

Friendly and efficient customer service. Superior product to pretty much any other sub-shop. Ive been eating here since they opened up years ago, and will continue for years to come. I saw another review complaining about the store closing early on one occasion, and I have to say that if you are traveling almost an hour for one specific purpose its a good idea to call ahead first. If they are closed thats on you honey.

I like going thete the food is good, the people working there are great. Price little high. What I dont like about it is I have to ask them each time to please wash their hand and put on clean gloves before they prepare my sandwich after their fix someone else food. If you dont ask them to wash hands and change gloves they wont.

I had the employee behind the counter act in a passive aggressive manner and comment on what I was ordering in quite an unpleasant manner. I hardly visit Quiznos as is, but will be forgoing this place from now on. Perhaps they didnt mean it, but their words and body language to customers speak volumes.

Granted, we came in at 6pm on a Sunday, but the guy acted like he didnt give a damn and put no care/effort into making our sandwiches. Meat was still dripping water from the "warming"

Food quality continues to get worse with smaller portions. Quiznos as a company should just give up and shut its doors.
