This was the first time I had been to a Round Table Pizza in probably 8 years. I will not go back to one any time soon if at all. They got the crust wrong. I wanted the handtossed/orignal (?) whatever they call the normal crust there, and they gave me the flat crust that was like a cracker. They also screwed up the toppings I asked for. I did not have a complicated order. 1 large pizza with mushrooms and black olives and sausage on half. I ordered To Go and it was ready on time, however as I stood and waited in the lobby many of the employees stocking the salad bar were having personal conversations not appropriate to be having in front of customers. It was really unprofessional even for a pizza joint. The employees behind the counter did seem to be very polite. I was impressed with the friendliness of the people who helped me at the counter, but the rest of the experience was a waste of time and money. If you want great pizza, try Trackside Pizza in down town Puyallup. They have always made my orders right and have always been on time, hot, delicious, and the service has always been good if not great.

Went online to order a pizza. Total for a XL All Meat and 16 Boneless Buffalo wings, I was online and it showed the below: Food $36.98 Delivery 2.75 Tax 3.73 (food and delivery fee) Total $ $43.46 Which coupon to use. I decided the 15% off the entire food order would be the best choice $5.54. I could have used the $4 off any XL pizza. So I gave them the coupon over the phone for 15% off. It should have brought the food order to $31.44, add delivery brings it to $34.19 and tax at 9.4 to a total of $37.40. I was told the total after coupon would be $39.20. Difference of $1.80? So I dont know where it went wrong. We figured maybe they charged us for the dipping sausces. Online you got two free but let say they did charge us for two, $1.80 doesnt seem possible. I dont know but maybe if Roundtable has coupons online with codes make them usable online. I feel sceptical of them now. Delivery occurred and I asked for the itemized receipt. This is what it shows. Pizza $25.99 Wings $10.99 15% off = -$3.90 (not correct, discout rate is 10.5%)

Had a horrible experience today here. Was our first time coming to this round table pizza. When ordering off the menu we ordered an original build your own pizza extra large size and when I asked how many toppings come on the pizza for $21.99 she said as many as you want. So we ordered 5 toppings. We also got 1 salad bar and an order of cheese twists. Our total after a $5 off coupon was $43. The total did not add up to me so after we left I read the receipt and saw our pizza alone cost $33. So I found a picture of the menu and realized each topping was $2.00+ (something she did not mention when I asked how many toppings we get for $21.99 menu price.) we called the manager when we got home to explain what happened and they offered to mail us coupons. Not acceptable. I get coupons in the mail all the time for pizza, what I wanted was my money back for not having the toppings explained to us. Needless to say, we will not be back. Ever! Bad customer service.

Pizza ok, service is poor based on this interaction. We reserved a room for a family birthday party. It was the last booking of the day. We lost track of time and the server instead of coming in and saying something like Hey, glad you are having a great time but we are getting ready to close so can you help us out? She opened the door and yelled we are getting ready to close in 15 minutes and there is a 50 dollar late fee, and closed the door. While we were over a bit I dont think its very professional to act this way. I wont be returning to this location.

They refused to give me a refund on the 3 dollars remaining on my gift certificate. In essence they stold 3 dollars from me seth the manager would not discuss options and I felt overall this is deplorable. The round table pizza in gig harbor not only honored the gift certificate but refunded the 3 dollars remaining, they did not pocket it unlike the south hill round table pizza....

I have enjoyed roundtable pizza since I lived in california and even now in washington. It is the best of not just the Northwest but the entire west coast. I also like Zacharys pizza in Oakland, CA but it is a totally different experience. Both these pizzarias are top of the line. Would recommend to anyone

I called and placed an order for a delivery and the woman waited until my payment went threw to call mr back and tell me that they wont deliver to my address and that it will take up to 2 days for me to get my money back. They ruined my dinner plans. I will never order or eat from here again

I love the lunch buffet and bring many guests during the week, but was extremely disappointed in the dessert pizza. They used to have the cinnamon sticks. I asked for them and they said they have new management and made the change to dessert pizza. Please bring back the cinnamon sticks!

Great pizza, a little pricey, only 3 stars because of atmosphere. Geared toward children - so if thats what you are looking for, this is the place for you! Used to be more of an adult oriented pizza joint, but recently they have moved away from this, and it appears to have worked for them.

You order at the counter and then sit with a number for them to deliver your pizza. Google coupons because They are online and easily located. Pan pizza is so super thick, very much like a deep dish. We over-ordered because of it. Tip: Breadsticks are on the salad bar.

This place is amazing on a wedsnday night at 4:00,its not busy and the two young ladies that were working were really nice, and the half Hawaiian half supreme pizza was really good, not over cooked, just right. The ladies names were I think one of them was mkenzie

The arcade is enlarded and it has a fun area for the kids in a covered area outside with a slide. I live nearby and Ive been going to this one for several years now and have always gotten excellent service and my two kids always love coming here.

Busy Friday night, not that busy. No manager insight. Had to ask someone to wipe my table. Staff seemed very new and untrained. Friendly staff. Crust was a little tough, salad bar was not 100%, pizza was tasty, beer was cold.

The fact that Ive had my lil league sports awards in their banquet rooms with no hassle and the kids live their playground / video games. Gotta call way ahead for the rooms though. They Will book up fast

Great food, great atmosphere, has arcade and a fun plaace for the kids to play. Only complaint is that they didnt label the salad bar. Despite what others say, this is a really great place. 8/8 m8.

Staff is great. I go to a monthly meeting there the group meeting says staff always gives them privacy, but ensuring they are taken care. Food is good too, but I do miss the pasta dishes
