This is a great place is many ways. The food is great and if you select your items carefully, it can be healthy as well (for a "fast food" type place). And in addition the menus have a pretty good selection. The employees are mostly very friendly and helpful. However as others have mentioned the place can get pretty overcrowded with kids running around and creating chaos. Not great if youre trying to get some work done on a laptop or read. So why did I give only 3 stars out of 5? The WiFi is the WORST I have seen anywhere. It is so incredibly slow making it essentially unusable!! This is obviously not the employees fault, but whoever owns the place. One other area they are seriously lacking, is keeping the counters and the restroom well stocked. There is CONSISTENTLY something or the other missing on the counters: coffee, sugars, napkins etc. and many times the restroom will be missing paper towels etc.

I love Panera Bread in with their plentiful amounts of salad and bread slices, and have gone many times. Today to our surprise and disappointment when we ordered one tuna salad on rye sandwich, two classic salads and one hot tea all for $20., suddenly the salads were skimpy, bread slices were 3/8" thick, happy with their tuna serving, It was like there was a manager over looking or serving? Its not like your selling merchandise, if you want a customers to return at least give them their moneys worth!

Absolutely the worst Panera location ever. The workers are more concerned with gossiping than with the customers. One girl came in who knew one of the workers and said very loudly...."I wouldnt let my dog eat here"! Yeah, I wouldnt either. The pastries and all are wonderful but they really need some serious customer service training. They act like you are bothering them by being there. 2 stars only because the pastries are some of the best.

Someone needs to come in and train this staff on how to interact with customers. Quincee was at the cash register. Dead pan face, barely acknowledged me, didnt say thank you. When I went to pick up my food, the same dead pan faces. No thank you, no smiles nothing. Bad Customer service. The food is good, but it means nothing wihout some manners folks!

I go to Panera all the time, mostly to work. The food usually tastes ok to good, but then I always get disgusted at their sky-high PRICES! It is true, however, that they have high overhead because of their sizable restaurant facilities and quite a bit of wasted, stale baked goods with short shelf life. Lol.

Great beet and Citrus salad with green goddess dressing. Their soups, especially the turkey-chili are fresh and delicious. The deli options are great with fresh bread and ample seating with wi-fi. Their prices are decent and food is a better option than all the surrounding fast food options available.

I like Panera in general but they had run out of like half of the menu the last time we went. They said the truck comes on Tuesday, but it was like Saturday or Sunday. So that was disappointing, but theyre a lot better than they were when it opened a couple years ago in general and the staff is nice.

Love panera bread! Never had an issue that couldnt be resolved at The moment, I always leave happy because I get there food its ready to pick up and if I need anything or something its wrong they will fix it right away no problem. Happy customer to visit again and again! For sure

Poor customer service. They gave me the wrong soup. Didnt offer refund. Told me to come back and get the soup, if not today then tomorrow. My son just had surgery this was all he wanted to eat. Dont have time to go back. So thanks for that.

Always treated well, and got exactly what I ordered for pick-up. Never had a problem waiting a long time for them to make it, or drama from other customers. I wish the prices were better, but not like it is the fault of the employees.

They always run out of plain bagels. Why cant they just make more??? Service at the front counter is incredibly slow! Ive been to the one in San Rafael and it runs like clockwork! What gives?

Check the internet service before ordering you might get disappointed. Slow internet connection and I had to leave.
