Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe with large fry and large drink. Initially i received a medium fry they graciously exchanged it for a large. However when I tried my sandwich it was dried out and way greasier than normal. I am sure they would have made it right if I took it up to the counter, they are at least good about that . I gave them 2 stars because you only get one chance at a first impression. My first impression of this particular store was not all that great. I got the feeling there is perhaps a lack of training in the back with whomever is making sandwiches as other people also had issues and where taking their food back up. I chose not to due to the line but I probably should have.

Very surprised in the service i received yesterday, i think this guy that took our order was new or something, i never saw him before, plus there was a language barrier, his accent was very thick (i really couldnt understand him , is why im mentioning this) but any he took our order incorrectly, therefore over charged me, basically he got upset because i wanted him to ring the order correct..lmao..go figure. He was arguing with me , he just wouldnt shut up, say sorry and keep it moving..But no he just kept running his mouth, So i said u know? How aboit we just cancel this order all together and u guve me my 30.00 back. Ridiculously uncalled for

Food and service is great!! BUT A QUICK HEADS UP! SOMEONE BREAKS INTO PEOPLES PARKED CARS IN THEIR PARKING LOT NEARLY EVER WEEK. MY BROTHER WAS THERE LAST NIGHT (OCT. 12TH) AND HIS PASSENGER WINDOW WAS BROKEN INTO AND NEPHEWS SCHOOL BACKPACK WAS STOLEN. A BLACK MERCEDES WAS SEEN SPEEDING AWAY FROM THE PARKING SPOT NEXT TO MY BROTHERS CAR BY ONE OF THE WORKERS. MY BROTHER REMEMBERS THAT THE MERCEDES WAS PARKED NEXT TO THEM WHEN THEY WENT IN CHICK FIL A BUT DOESNT RECALL WHAT MODEL IT WAS AS HE COULDNT FORESEE THE FUTURE AND DIDNT CARE TO CHECK. MANAGER OF CHICK FIL A WAS THE ONE WHO VERIFIED THAT THERES A BREAK IN PRETTY MUCH EVERY WEEK.

I had the opportunity to eat at this wonderful establishment. I came through the drive-thru and let them know this is my first time here not only did they honored me with wonderful services. They also have great quality food and when I really truly appreciate is that not only do they have quality food and an upscale setting but I also love the fact I see all different diverse individuals in this particular restaurant the manager and owners are awesome and wonderful people and they believe in their business and thats because they know the secret is Happy customers means happy business thank you so much

I usually get the chicken biscuit and a sweet iced tea (breakfast), or a chicken sandwich (lunch). Theyre both absolutely delicious and worth every penny. To the lady with the 2 star review - I guess... sorry for the lame experience? Im not expecting anything from them but awesome chicken, and every time my friends and I have eaten there, its been delicious. When something isnt up to par (once in a blue moon), the folks there have made things right. The manager is super nice, and has thanked folks for stopping by. Id say give em another try! :-)

I keep forgetting that these places are always so loud because of the kids play area. Went here for lunch with my daughter. I ordered the spicy deluxe and it wasnt spicy at all. Not like I expected from previous visits. The servers and cashiers were courteous. Food was prepared quickly and the only thing I can say is that Id take it to go next time. Too many screaming kids doesnt make for a pleasant lunch.

The lines are long...for a reason. The food is excellent, the service out of this world, the crews attitudes are top notch. The crew goes WAY ABOVE what you would expect from a fast food joint. If you even look like you needs something, they go out of their way to serve. I commended the manager on his crew tonight because every time my wife and I go to this establishment the experience is phenomenal.

Every Chick-fil-a is awesome, never been to a bad one. GREAT food, GREAT serice every time. However, this Chick-fil-a has the best service Ive ever experienced! One of the workers specifically continued checking up on us making sure we were served, & contued offering us sauce and water cups. We felt like we were having a home meal being served by our mother or something, awesome experience.

Great place to bring younger kids. They have a indoor playroom. The restaurant is clean. Food is good. They have a 2 car drive-through. Great staff they are always friendly and courteous. Chick-Fli-A. Employees always reply with: "Its my pleasure!" Friendly reminder / Tip: Chick-fil-A is always closed on Sunday! They play christian instrumental music Inside the restaurant.

The staff was really friendly! CJ helped us at the register and offered refills and was helpful. Very great experience. Food was fast and fresh. Location was clean and every had smiles on their faces and seemed too be enjoying their job. Good job Vallejo chicfila!

Sandwiches are good, but when I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich that I got from completing a survey, all I got was two buns, a patty, and two slices of pickles... I was dissatisfied with that, but at least I had another sandwich to eat.

There are two drive-through ordering speakers so the line indexes faster when its busy. The place always looks clean and the food is simple but good. It may be a bit expensive but they are good people and quality is their game.

This place is great, clean on the inside, friendly people, family oriented, closed on Sundays, great fresh cooked food. I usually get a number 2 with a lemonade! Second favorite are the chicken strips and nuggets. Real food.

A long here has become the norm, but then thats probably at all chick-fil-a. This restaurant is clean every time Ive been there, and while slow from the long lines, the staff is always friendly, which helps.
