ooh wow..I cant even begin to describe the poor service I received this evening. I attempted to place an order for my kids who are on that side of the bridge. After i ordered the pizza, they charged my card. I explained i wouldnt be there, he told me they couldnt do that..Ok, fine cancel it. Nope, and hour and a half later a pizza arrives. Since I wasnt there they had them pay cash..fine but now that means we were charged twice. When i called back to communicate that this went all wrong I had to speak to James, Patrick and Amir. This went completely down hill. Empower your employees to make good decisions to keep your customers happy. Horrible horrible service.

Growing up in SF and going to several different round tables. 1 thing hasnt changed in most of my life. Round table is always consistent. That changed when I recently moved to San Pablo and tried this location. Being new to the area I didnt want to just go to any pizza spot. Thinking round table has never let me down I thought this was a safe bet. Ive order twice from them and both times the pizza has come undercooked. Really gross and had to throw away more than half the pizza. I would stay away from this location.

Whoever the guy was answering the phone was terrible ... He answered and was pretty much like "what do u want " ... Later he called back to tell me they were out of Basel .. He had a slight accent or the phone was low so I couldnt make out what he was saying .. Instead of helping me understand what he was saying he hung up on me ... Then a lady called me back who was much more helpful but I was already pissed so I just canceled my whole order ... Wont be goin there ever

This place is odd. For one, if you call in for deliverly or pick up, the pizzas always luke warm. And when i call in my information on file is always wrong. Heads up, if you go here its best to dine in. The pizza is always better and when u want extra of something, they give it to you. If you pick it up or wait for them to bring it to your home, they never give u the extra u paid for and some of the girls there can cop a bad additude.

i ordered online. giving me specific time. after 30 mins still not here so i called and said i have to wait for 20 more minutes. this is annoying, they didnt even bother to call me bout this when online gives specific time. also the last time i ordered, no condiments at all even spices. this will be the last time and not going to recommend yo all of my friend.

Working in Richmond ordered pizza for dinner asked to bring cups and plates they forgot - then asked driver for peppers and cheese he said ya but he would have to find them I looked in the back window as he was digging around on the floor were it looked like the city dump blew up - pizza was not great for the price dont recommend !!!

Tried to order a pizza and the girl that was talking phone orders couldnt get nothing right. Kept asking me over and over for all my info. Got sick of repeating myself so I hanged up and called Pizza Guys. At least they can throw together a 3 topping pizza.

Worst pizza restaurant Ive ever eaten in... To start off with the pizza was too expensive for a "large" pepperoni pizza ($12.00). The size was more like a medium pizza from Dominos. Besides I can get 3 medium pizzas at Dominos for about $18.00

Ordered couple of personal pizza for pick up. Took them approximately two hours. Had to wait in store for an hour. Unlike other pizza places they care not to call or inform their customers for any delays.

Best pizza in the world, however they are pricey, and if you pay with a debit or credit card they make a copy of the card, which I felt was out of the ordinary. So be careful when you pay
