I googled Johns cleaners to see what time they open and saw 2 review so I checked out the review. I was shocked at the slanderous remarks made. So, I just had to post a comment myself. I have always had a great experience at Johns Cleaners. The owner, John has been very professional and pleasant. I have referred people to them and they have all been satisfied. While I am sure as in any business some people are going to be unhappy, but I wonder if it is the business or the customer who is the problem. In fact one customer came in while I was there with a stain on her coat and wanted the spots removed. The owner let her know they may not come out and her reply was if they dont come out then you will have to replace my coat. I had to laugh because she felt it was somone elses problem to pay for her mistake. Long story short I feel this business is a quality establishment and they do quality work. I would recommend to any future customer, let the business speak for itself. You will be very happy with the service you get.

Dropped off my clothes on Saturday. Was told to come back the next Monday. Came back the following Wednesday and while in the drive through I could see someone picking up their clothes complaining about something. The owner, John, told me to come back the next day. Came back the next day and the girl there said she couldnt find them. Called the day after asking if they had been found and she said no, talk to the owner. Called the owner the next day and asked if my clothes had been found. He angrily asked if I had a tag. I wasnt given one and frequently hadnt in the past because their "systems" are frequently down. He said that without a tag there was nothing they could do. I then asked him what he was going to do about it. He rudely replied there was nothing he could do. I told him that I was not going to bring anymore clothes there but I wanted the ones that I had dropped off. Click. He hung up on me. Going to call the BBB on this one. BE WARNED IS RIGHT! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

I have been taking clothes to Johns Cleaners for 10 yrs. Ive never had any problems. They seem to go out of their way to help. If they misplace a shirt, they find it. If they lose one, they pay me the correct value. I dont expect a trumped up value for used clothing, but its only happened 1X. I find the place ethical and reasonably priced. They clean everything form smoke damaged items to leather clothing. If it can be cleaned, theyll handle it, or return it with an apology. I discovered they also do cleaning for other laundry services that dont have their capabilities, as well as bulk cleaning and laundry services for EMT, police, hotels and cruise lines. Johns Cleaners must be pretty good to acquire those kinds of contracts, because its all repeat business. Bottom line, use them. Best bang for your buck. BTW - I dont live in Shoreline, either. I go out of my way to give him my business.

Its an extremely dirty place and my dry cleaning uniform smelled really bad. If you go there just look around you will know what I am saying. Go somewhere else.

I have gone to this place for several years and had no problems. Cleaning shirts, suits & comforters, theyve always done a fine job.
