I have used Panda for many years ( about five years), and they were always good about getting my dry cleaning done on time and done well. However this week 2/15/2017 there was an issue with one of my shirts that they blatantly refused to address and said I needed to prove it that the shirt was not stained(color bleed) when I brought it in. I tell you it was for sure because the owner had to count the shirts twice in front of me and there was no bleed through. I had also not washed that shirt I had just recently worn it. I usually bring in my dress shirts only, but this time I had some casual shirts that needed alterations. It appears that when the shirts where put together in the plastic bins they bleed on to each other possibly from moisture and humidity in the shop. They were surprisingly unwilling to fix this and basically called me a liar. Well, they will never get my business again, and this just goes to the type of business people they are. They are stepping over a dollar to pick up a penny, and obviously, wont do the right thing when the time comes. Dont trust them!
