Ulta has a great rewards program especially since you can get some money back on drugstore products. But lately their customer service has really been lacking (it used to be really good). Im not sure if they have been short staffed for the last few months or if its a training issue perhaps, but lately every time I go in there is not a single employee walking the floor so I usually have to search the whole store until I find what I need (I try to check their inventory online), or actually go wait in the check out line just to ask if they have something. The check out line is what makes this rating only a 3. There is usually one girl frantically trying to check out one customer on one computer while processing a return for another customer on another computer, and also trying to welcome everyone coming in. It almost seems like theyre not allowed to call for back up (or unless somehow they dont see the huge line building up) but even when they do it takes a long time or even some bickering to finally get someone up there to help. The back up employee usually seems annoyed. Its unfortunate that each checkout the last few times has taken over 10 minutes in line. Hoping they can fix this soon. Its really a great store with good products in a good location but theyre not the only makeup store in town. Customers can easily go elsewhere for better service. Hope this improves soon.

Many great options to choose from, but popular things sell out quickly. If youre looking for a product thats all the rave at the moment then dont expect it to be in stock, I prefer to order those products online. Either way great store and the staff always give great service.

Theresa is wonderful! Pretty pleased with the service, will be back on the regular...and I dont even live in the area. I received a facial with extractions. Pretty basic, because my skin is troubled. But Im going to he back soon for microdern abrasion.

I bought a hair straightener there for $60. After 4 months it stopped working. Ulta said I couldnt return it. Bad customer service, bad product....will not shop there again.
