I went in yesterday for a trim because my hair needed. Service was ok and the staff was ok. No hot towel was used and or even offered. Once I got home to really look at it, my hair was way way uneven. One side was way longer then the other side. Sad thing is that if I go back to have them fix it, I dont have any kind of certainty that itll be fix and or have to pay to have it fixed.

They wouldnt set an appointment and said to just "come in". After we called to make sure we could go, they said to make an appointment and we had to wait and hour, got there and still had to wait. We got up and left.

My son looks like a dodo Bird the way his hair is cut!! Bad job... maybe if these Stylistwere any good they would be working for themselves!! Bad decision on his dads part!!
