The Barbers at Columbia Crossing is absolutely the best. Everyone that works there does an amazing job cutting hair and I have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and each of the barbers knows how to make you feel really at ease with friendly conversation and a pleasant demeanor. The service is always prompt, and if there is going to be much of a wait, they are really up front about it. I appreciate that as much as the great haircuts they provide. Both me and my sons favorite barber is Jordan. She is super outgoing, very talented in cutting hair, and has become somewhat of a family friend. My son is very emphatic that Jordan be the only person to cut his hair as he is fairly particular about his appearance, and no one else gets it exactly right. He is correct in his assessment! I can honestly recommend both the Barbers at Columbia Crossing, and Jordan especially, with Five Stars!

The staff was very friendly, but the lady that cut my hair really did not seem to know what she was doing or was focused more on conversation than the cut. She told me her husband is in the military and she does all of his hair cuts, so as a recently separated veteran, I tell her to just give me a high and tight as she was supposedly very comfortable with that cut and it was good enough for me. When she was finished, there were several large spots sticking out that she just missed. I asked her twice to clean up those spots, and although she made it a little better, it simply did not do. I did not have it in me to ask her a third time. Sadly, I felt this was worse than any haircut I received from the barbers on base (some are known for being terrible) yet I paid more and it took much longer. I will certainly not return.

I get a haircut here every week and a half and I love it. Its easy to get in and out fast and the staff are very friendly. They also serve popcorn and soda for free while you wait. If you like keeping up on your sports, there are tvs at every station. Lastly, you get a free shoulder massages to removes some of the stress before you head out feeling confident with your new cut. I tried to cut my own hair to save money and I was really embarrassed to come in, but they didnt judge me. They came up with a solution and no one knew the difference. In fact, I actually got a compliment two days later. Thanks to all the staff and owners for being consistent!

Waited here for 20 minutes the other evening before they finally called my name, only to find out they had nobody there that could do a flattop. If you are a mens barbershop and men are your only customers, then how in the world could you not have anyone who knows how to do a flattop? The lady then tried to convince me I didnt really want a flattop and that she could do a "normal" cut for me. Ive been getting flattops for about 15 years and I love them, Im not about to change just because of some incompetent barbers.

I have been going to the Barbers for 15+ years every two weeks or so. I have had a few great gals cut my hair. I have been going to Jordan for the last year and a half and she is incredible. Not only is she technically very skilled, particularly with a skin fade, hard part, and longer hair on top, but she is also a pleasure to be around. That is true for everyone I encounter there. I highly recommend them and Im pretty picky about my hair.

If your a guy who is indifferent to how your hair looks and doesnt mind paying the extra money to sit in a flat screen filled environment. Then this might be your place. If you need a style or a decent hair cut, then dont bother with these reproduced Super Cut hackers. This store is filled with lasss fresh from the online Beauty School that have little interest in styling. Its more of a bag and tagem mentality.

The girl rushed through my haircut. The haircut wasnt completely messed up, but it was below average. This place is nothing more than a Supercuts with refreshments served, which was offered near the end of my haircut. Basically, a soda or a water for the road? I get much better service and entertainment from privately owned old-school barbers. As far as this place goes, I wont be going back.

As a Barber at this location I personal love working here with my co workers. We have a great group of Barbers who can do great work. Yes sometimes we do hire new Barbers to our shop but we work close with them and give them education. Please look at some of the photos of our work to get a better idea of our haircuts! We know how to do skin fades!

I been going to this place for over 3 or 4 years now and i love it every one there is super friendly, i personality am super picky with my hair and if you are like me this is the perfect for you just ask for Jordan!!!! She is super good at what she does and well work with whatever haircut you have in mind!!

My (teenage) son has been going to Jordan for about 7 months. We drive across county just to go to her! She absolutely takes pride in her work. Jordan always makes sure she understands what he wants. She also reassures that he is happy before we leave. She is professional and personable. Jordan is amazing!

The manager at this location tends to hire decent stylists. No, it is not the very best haircut money can buy but you are getting a good haircut for the money. I have found every stylist here to be friendly and competent.

I have come here for years. Most of the stylists are good IMHO. Once in awhile I get a cut that I am not completely satisfied with, but most of the time I get a cut I like. The price is fair.

After they shave off your hair follicles, they wont even bother to tell you they fuc×€♢ up your head. Youll just be hearing about it for weeks from strangers. Great way to make a bad rep.
