Called to see if they can do braids in my daughters hair...she said no. So after days of calling everywhere else and noticing how popular this salon is I asked if she can suggest a shop that does do braids. She said she was new to the area so she didnt know. Ok so I ask her can you ask any of your co workers to recommend a spot. Her response was yea they are all busy doing haircuts. Seriously? Would it have been too much to simply walk up and ask a couple people? Seems like everyone is so inclined to say no nowadays rather than finding a way to say yes. I would have appreciated her even saying sure let me ask and Ill give u a quick call back. I guess going above and beyond doesnt exist anymore. Anyone know of a great place in vancouver to put some cornrows in my daughters hair?

Hr long wait had my name on the list about 4 people waiting 3 stylist working then one of the stylists friends walks in and the stylist skippes the 4 people on the list that have been waiting an hr give or take to give her friends a few hair cuts very poor service at this location was not even offered something to drink while I waited an hr to get my hair cut witch if you hav been to the barbers before its something they generally offer you when you come in definitely going to the one off mill plain next time much better service

First timer. I just moved here from out of town and Ive had the same barber for years. I was scared to get my hair cut since I was use to the same person for so long. I told the barber I got (Monica) how I wanted my haircut, she did exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. My girlfriend likes my hair cut even more so than before which is always a huge plus. Thanks Monica! Ill definitely be back.

I simply asked for a 4 all around and a short 1/2 inch fade, the lady did that but she made one side blended and one side much more skin tight and not blended.. Didnt see it until I got home and looked in my mirror. This was my first time at the barbers and more than likely the last if l this is how my future hair cuts will end up. Really irritated me

Poor hair cut. Me and my father went there so that I could learn how to cut hair because I want to be a barber. He got a horrible hair cut and he has said that he will never go again. Im hoping that you guys can redeem yourself because me and my brother will be going this weekend. If its not good I will make us stop going there.

Cant seem to get a good haircut anymore. You find a good cutter at "the Barbers " and they seem to quit or disappear ! Havent been pleased with my cuts out of there the last few times. With that being said there isnt any place any better . They were the last good place to go .

Waited for over an hour My turn was next when someone came in and sat down. They said he had called in and reserved the time. That was the last time I got my haircut there
