We required a tow and repair if our car on the way from VA to PA. We called while waiting for a tow, and when we got to the shop a work order was already written and the parts were ordered. (it was a very well defined repair) We were on our way in a short amount of time. Great customer service!

I took my 5 year old Nissan here for A/C issues and they diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor, estimating the issue to be nearly $900. I denied their service to get a second opinion. When I left, turns out my a/c was working perfectly fine. I couldve been out of 900 bucks....

Had a blown head gasket and they tried telling me it cost them $600 in labor to diagnose this issue. Cant tell me it took 10-12 hrs to diagnose this. Refused to ever go back.
