I wanted to submit a quick review while I am online and it is fresh on my mind to do so. As a former army mechanic, and as someone who is very meticulous and adamant about performing their own work, I was left in a tough position when I replaced a rotor on the rear of my dually pickup to find out I did not have all of the necessary parts to do a proper job - And the results proved it! (This process requires many, many more steps than your Honda civic) Ive owned the truck for four years and have done all of the maintenance under the hood as well as much of the routine maintenance (with the exception of tires, the occasional oil change, and an anomaly here and there). The rotors were slightly warped since owning it, but not so bad that it was not drive-able or visible to a normal inspector. I took a gamble with Big Daddys, and I may lightly retire from turning wrenches for a while. Personable, small town service - Great work (test drove the truck, the brakes are better than Ive ever had them) - Knowledgeable - Met their deadline - FAIR prices for the work - They even drove the truck to my house and had it waiting for me before I got home from work in my other vehicle. As a small business owner with mechanical knowledge, and as someone accustomed to the piss poor hack job service you receive at most franchises on the other side of the mountain, I am very impressed! Would very highly recommend this business to anyone local or passing through.

Quick Great Service! Our car broke down on us as we were driving thru Virginia. Where other mechanics could have taken advantage of the situation and over charge, these guys were honest and took care of us. They got us back on the road ASAP.
