Last Thursday, My wife and I purchased a motorcycle from Village Motorsports in Unionville from outside the area about 2 hours away. The staff all around provided an exceptional experience. From initial and ongoing discussions a week prior with the Sales Manger on the phone and by text, we agreed to a good price and arranged for a holding deposit. We also coordinated the purchase of additional items for the bike, and requested other tailored request that we had as customers from afar. These folks were great! They were very responsive on all accounts. When we picked our unit, it was professionally prepped and ready to go. There were NO common dealer missteps with the bike preps. As part of the transaction, the staff sent up the Service Manager to go over unit functional operations and nuances. Very knowledgeable, he spent as much time as we desired answering all my questions in an unrushed manner. This was a very nice touch. Their Parts and Accessories Manager? (not sure) was also very helpful and un-rushed. Happy to help with absolutely no sales pressure, she provided a list to us of helmet & jacket, Bluetooth recommendations among other items we were interested in. She was well versed on helmets and jackets and such, taking the time to explain what to look for in product design. Parts ordered for our bike were available and ready for the road. Finance Manager who closed the deal was quick and to the point with no-frills explanations and attended to our questions without hesitation. Obviously under competent management, this motorsports store definitely "gets it." We would absolutely take the 2 hour trip to make another purchase with Village Motorsports. 6 STARS!!! Nice job guys!!! M&M P.

Bought my first new motorcycle, a 2016 Yamaha FJ-09 from Village Motorsports. I found the one I was looking for on Cycletrader, and it just so happens that my partner had bought a new GSXR from Village Motorsports in 2013. Troy was my salesman, and he did an amazing job serving me. Because I had not put down a deposit (my mistake, he asked for a deposit but I was not ready to do so at the time), the bike I was interested in was sold to someone else. However Troy was able to get the same exact bike from another nearby dealership and offered me the same price as before. Since it was a model from last year, I was able to buy it for less than MSRP out-the-door. When I arrived at the dealership, the bike was ready to go and the staff was ready to receive me. Since I had financed through my own bank, the paperwork process with Ms. Hudson was very quick and no pressure. I am very happy with my purchase, and very happy with the service I received at Village Motorsports. I will definitely be back for future motorcycle purchases!

Hands down the best motorcycle shop dealer in Central Va!! I had some tires replaced on my 02 ZZR 1200 and while waiting, I did some looking around. I came upon a 2016 Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero. What an awesome bike!!! I spoke with Chuck about the bike and its options. He took the time to go over all details of the bike. My wife and I were not quite ready to pull the trigger and make a purchase. Chuck did not even hesitate and told us to take our time. Needless to say, two days later we made the purchase. The employees are amazing at Village!! From sales to service, these people are amazing!!! I should mention that I also stopped at Stonewall Harley right down the road before making this purchase. I looked at the 2016 Road Glide. I was amazed that the Road Glide was about 13,000 more with a less horsepower, torque and warranty!! Great buy from great people!!! Thanks again!!

Had my scooter in for repair but noticed a 2014 Burgman when I was in the shop. While on vacation I decided to check into trading it on a new one. John in service ( really good guy) put me in touch with salesman Chuck. We did the whole process over the phone and it couldnt have been easier or more professional then what it went. Chuck knew the scooter I wanted and worked up the accessories that I wanted also. Today when I went in the shop everything went like clock work, I wish I could remember all the name but the ladies in financing and sales were a pleasure to work with. Village Motorsports is a bit more to travel to but so very good to deal with from buying just a part or 2 (as I have in the past) to a full on new ride with accessories, believe me its worth the trip! They treat everyone who come in like friends & family.............. Doug G. Fredericksburg VA.

Went to Village Motorsports to check out their ATVs and side by sides on Saturday. Had seen their inventory online and decided to stop by to check out their prices. I was greeted by Chuck just a few seconds after walking in. Great experience! Chuck showed me the equipment I was interested in, answered all my questions, quoted us a fair price and never put any pressure on my wife and I to make a purchase. We ended up buying a Polaris Sportsman 570 and a RZR 570. We live about an hour away and had to go get our kids and return so we could get everyone fitted for helmets. Mona (as well as Chuck and many others) waited for us to return (after closing) to get us all set up so we could go out and ride that evening. I still plan on buying one more quad and I will be sure to return to Village Motorsports to make my purchase.

Ive bought a handful of motorcycles in my life and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. From sales to motor clothes to finance everyone I dealt with was top notch. Chuck was great! I had a couple of things come up that delayed my purchase but Chuck worked with me and we got the deal done. They treated me like I was their only customer but the place was packed. Mona in motor clothes took an unheard of amount of time to help make sure we bought the gear we wanted and that it fit properly. In a time when most shops worry about how much money they are taking in, Village is more about building relationships with their people not just taking their money. I will gladly make the 40 minute ride from Fredericksburg, they have made a customer for life. I highly recommend Village Motorsports!

I purchased my very first motorcycle, a Suzuki Boulevard, from Village Motorsports and the knowledge, service and friendliness of the staff was excellent! Salesman Chuck took the time to talk to me about the bikes and made me feel very comfortable with my choice knowing I was a beginner rider. Ive been back for first service/oil change service twice now since buying my bike, and each time Chuck takes the time to come over and shake hands and ask how everythings going with the bike and riding in general. Mona must have spent an hour with me having me try on different helmets, going over the pros/cons of each until I felt comfortable. I highly recommend these guys!

Bought a 2011 Tu250. Nicest folks as long as you are paying them. Dropped it off for glorified oil change (first service at $190) and they forgot to tighten the oil cap. It was a Sat so they were closed at this time. Had to drive 80 miles with duct tape and aluminum foil over the hole. Didnt offer refund. Dodged question on refunding at least oil change/labor for that. Mailed me a cap, 2 qts oil, and filter after 1 week. No note or any apology. I will never be going here again. The way they cared about my machine and me seemed distant and reminded me of how Robert Pirsig would describe service techs he dealt with in Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.
