I bought a used Subaru Legacy GT from here back in March. Its a great car but was sold in less than great condition. Not just typical wear and tear, but things that were overlooked in the interest of saving money through labor-hours. - Front end was out of alignment: This causes uneven tire wear. Tires that have uneven tread depth put serious strain on the differentials, which can cause them to break if the issue (alignment and tires) is not addressed. A new differential is four figures minimum. I caught the issue early on, and had it aligned and put a whole new set of tires on. This cost about $500 total. - The front bumper had been put on hastily. It was missing push pins to hold it onto the car near the wheel well, and it was visibly loose. This was a $3 fix and it took 30 seconds for me to do. This is just lazy on a whole new level. - The owners manual was missing. They couldnt order a new one? Other than that, the car is in good condition. The previous owner had taken very good care of it. However, because of the obvious disinterest in selling the best used car they could, I have to give them two stars. The front end being out of alignment is a SERIOUS issue on these cars, and does not take much effort to correct. Along with the lazy front bumper reassembly, and the missing owners manual, it just feels like they saw the car as profit, and nothing more.

Kip Killmon has had a 2011 Ford Expedition EL Limited (VIN: 1FMJK2A52BEF33456) up for sale for some time now. While perusing the images they posted for the vehicle, I noticed that two of the pictures depicted a body color (black) grille, whereas another picture depicted a chrome grille. Note that in 2011, a body color grille was not offered on ANY Expedition. I sent several emails to used car sales manager, Matt Seidlarczyk, regarding this issue. I inquired as to whether the images posted were of 2 separate vehicles or whether the grille had been replaced. While Matt had responded quickly to emails before I had noticed this issue, he ignored every email regarding the grille, including two emails from me and two from two of my friends that inquired about the issue as well. In my opinion, the lack of response from the dealership makes it clear that the dealership has something to hide in regards to this vehicle. Considering that alongside the poor reviews for both this dealership and the now defunct Kip Killmons Tysons Ford, many of which are in regards to deceptive business practices, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

We recently moved to Louisa, VA from Northern Virginia (Fairfax County). I always took my car to Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly. The customer service there was terrible. I received several free oil changes due to the lack of excellent service, their mechanics left my oil cap off and after I drove several hundred miles, I stopped for tire service and the cap was still there, thank goodness. I never trusted them to perform complicated tasks if they could not service the oil change properly. From the moment I walked into Kip Killmon Ford in Louisa, VA, with a laundry list of things I thought that my 2002 Lincoln LS required, Dan Zadory, a very knowledgable Service Advisor made me feel at ease. He answered every question that I had. Dan also went the extra mile to look on eBay for replacing my damaged CD player, now who does that? Dan Zadory does. Also, Mike, one of their mechanics deserves a shoutout for suggesting fluid changes that were needed and for not over charging me for unnecessary work. I am forever grateful to these two dedicated employees. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you. Donna Giwa-Osagie

They failed to tell me the odometer does not work, even after I asked about it and they said it was more than likely a discrepancy when someone was filling out paperwork. However, they led me to believe that the odometer did in fact work. Who knows how many miles are actually on it? They are TRUE used car salesman and will do anything to make a dollar. The radio does not work either. I asked them over and over again what condition the vehicle was in and if everything was in good working order and they assured me it was. I also asked the delivery guy who drove it from the dealership to my house how the car was. He said it drove perfect and that there were no problems. Not impressed!

My husband Frank has tried on multiple occasions to make appointments with the service department and always gotten the run around. He has a bad brake problem and was told they could not see his vehicle (which is still under warranty) before next week. He depends on his vehicle for work and the problem makes the vehicle dangerous. I would think for emergencies such as this allowances should be made. This is not the first time this type of thing has happened. Would not recommend this dealership because of their lousy service practices. You even have to keep calling before you can get someone to talk to you. Wouldnt even give a half of a star!!!

It is such a great experience when it comes time to have my F150 serviced or repaired. Grant and Dan are great to work with in getting scheduled as well as getting checked in when I arrive. Then Mike Schaefer is the best when it comes to actually doing the repair work. He is a very knowledgeable young man who takes great pride in the quality of work that he performs. Since 2010 he has given me excellent advise on the service that needs to be done to help prevent me having problems. I really appreciate the friendly, professional interaction I have with these guys. I will continue to depend on them to assist me with my vehicle.

We bought a Ford Fusion for my Mother-in-Law this past year and those guys were fabulous to deal with. We went through at least 6 different dealers looking for a vehicle for her. I cant speak for the service department but dealing with Matt and Sonny was by far one of the best experiences Ive had when buying a vehicle. Matter of fact, were contacting them tomorrow to go back and look at another vehicle for the family; Ill let you know how it goes! They are good people to deal with when buying a vehicle. Give them a chance at making a deal for you and more likely than not, you wont be disappointed. -Shawn

Great Sevice! Extremely accommodating! Took me home after I dropped off my Tundra for service so I didnt have to set around and waste time. When the service had been completed, they picked me up at my home and took me back to their shop to pickup my truck. Now thats customer service above and beyond from all other competitors. And the service was performed at a reasonable price and appears to have successfully addressed the issue. My sincere thanks to Dan and all there. Ill definitely be back. Dan and his team get my highest recommendation .
