I have tried to use them a few times and every time it is a hassle. I called to make an appointment, and they said we dont do them. Showed up and they asked if I had an appointment otherwise it was going to be over an hour. I wanted the oil changed - the manager said he wouldnt change it with the plow on but wouldnt let any of his people come out and help me take the plow off. Its definitely a 2 person job. I asked him why he needed the plow off and he said so his mechanics wouldnt hit their heads! The plow sits two feet higher then the frame of the truck! Poor customer service. Rude. Inept.

Went in for inspection and a new belt. Cory helped me and was very friendly. 2 days later the belt they replaces snapped off and was a very scary experience. I called and got a very unhelpful person who basically didnt believe me and said to bring it in (NOT POSSIBLE) and they would look at it. Hung up angry and ready to have my husband call them when I received a call from a much more helpful manwho sent someone out right away to fix it. So far it looks good and the guy who came to fix it was very nice.

I give them 4 stars because the work that was done was great. I did show up without an appointment, so let that be known. However, they said they could get me in before 10AM, car didnt roll in to the garage until 11:30AM. After it was in the garage, service was fast, and like I previously stated, done well. Just a little waiting room as to be expected, coffee and water available, pleasant staff.

this is the best firestone i have ever used. the store manager jason moore is amazing and knows how to run a shop. the other manager brandan mclellan is the best customer sales person i have ever dealt with, hes so kind, helpful and really makes me feel like Im welcomed. keep up the good work guys

Very helpful, ethical, and courteous staff. Had my car fail inspection, understandably, and they fixed it that day and let me understand the issues with the vehicle and maintenance that should be done in the future when I have more money available. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed my experience with the guys that worked there. Very friendly and patient. But they wanted to charge me $700 for brakes so I took it somewhere else and they only charged me $86. I saved over $600 somewhere else.

Very poor customer service!!! Manager Kieth has the theory of throwing parts at problem, Youll spend three to four times as much to solve a problem here.

I have had mixed experiences here. Was charged for TPS sensor on a vehicle that didnt have the option. May have been an honest mistake.
