I worked for another shop in town as a tow driver so I get my work done by that other shop. Recently that shop had a disaster and is closed for a bit. I would have waited for them to reopen, but I had an issue that couldnt wait for them to reopen and needed immediate work. I came here from Brighton because of the trust they have earned with my parents who have been customers for close to 20 years. Northside worked with the owner of the other shop to figure out submitting a warranty claim on one of my tires and not having to charge me for a new tire. This speaks volumes that they went out of their way to work with a competitor shop to take care of one of the other shops customers while the other shop is down. I think this speaks volumes about this shop.

Absolutely horrible I will not be going back here again. The mechanic told me that I needed to have my vehicle towed home when there were a couple lug nuts loose on the rim and said that my rim was messed up. My dad came and tightened them since the mechanic wouldnt and we drove it to another mechanic who said that nothing is wrong with my rim. Dont go here. Youll go for an oil change and get into an argument with the mechanic because of how rude he is and drive away with noises in your car that were never there before. Being rude to customers, lying to them and getting into arguments with them is not how you keep them. If you want a mechanic who is nice, doesnt try to rip you off and take advantage of you then dont go here.

First off they told me the part I needed would cost $250 and when I asked where they bought their parts from and called about the same part myself the guy quoted me $160. Wheres that extra $90 going. I then asked what the labor rate was and Joe told me $85 an hour. Little steep in my opinion so all in all the quote I received was for $450. I decided I didnt want to pay someone $200 more than what the jobs worth and told them not to touch my truck. Moral of the story if you want to get ripped off like no other visit these idiots and theyll lie to you until they cant come up with anything else.

Ive been taking my cars here for years and have never had a bad experience. Especially being a woman, its hard to find good mechanics that you can trust...Northside is family owned and they are very conscientious about my cars care, and how they treat me. Any questions I have they always answer fully and professionally. I will pay some extra money to have quality service for my car!

Ive been going there for years and have been extremely satisfied. There has been a couple of problems but they were righted immediately to my satisfaction. I trust them to be straight and honest and Ive never been dissapointed. Sure, theyre no bargain,but you get what you pay for.

Not only did they charge me 3 times the retail price of the Tie rod I needed, they tried to tell me I would need $800 more in repairs. I refused the extra repairs and took it to another garage. They told me my vehicle was perfectly fine. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Extremely expensive. The service they provide is great. Excellent mechanics, and your car will be treated greatly. But its like buying Apple products. You are going to pay 3 or 4 times more for their service. Whatever its worth to you.
