Crooked horrible staff... They just rejected my mothers car for inspection. Said headlights needed adjustment and turn signals were out. As well as well as rear shocks, pads and rotors. Quoted her almost $800 in repairs. I just bought all brakes and shocks for almost $300 cheaper then their quote with a lifetime warranty. Headlights were 100% perfect adjustment as they have never been touched. And all turn signals were 100% working even though they tried to charge her over $100 to replace and adjust bulbs that were fine... Looking at the quote. They were charging $60 in labor to install turn signal bulbs that work fine. Let alone $400 in labor for 6 bolts for the rest UPDATE... So today I jacked her car up to check out the other problems they had diagnosed saying it needed rear pads rotors and rear shocks. Pull the wheel off to find the brake pads had 80% of the pad left on them if not more because I put them on last year. Also the rear shocks had not been removed at all there was no leaking so Im pretty confident they had no way to check if they were bad or not I will pull them off here momentarily and see how the hand compression tests yes it did need rotors because of rusted pitting but that would be the only thing I found so far which would be $80 in parts and probably 30 minutes to install... Reminder their quote was almost 800... Look at the other reviews all females taking advantage of including my mothers step-granddaughter who they caught her trunk on fire

Sent daughter in to get car inspected. We had the car looked over and had the windshield replaced prior to the visit. They initially indicated that the car had been inspected and that everything was fine. Once she had paid in full I found a rejection sticker on the car. The following items were checked: Brakes, suspension, "other lights", and month old windshield wipers were also checked. They also wrote some additional items. We will be taking our car to our regular mechanic. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They not only are guilty of abyssmal communication but they seemed to wanted to charge a fortune........but some other time. By telling her the car was fine, and driving it out of the bay she lost her place for any repairs that day. PLEASE CHECK OUT OTHER MECHANICS IN THIS AREA !

The receptionist was the only person that did not have a bad attitude. I went to get an inspection and anticipated there would be a wait, so I decided to sit in my car and watch a movie while I waited. When the mechanic (smaller, short guy) was ready for me, he banged on my window and walked away without saying a word. I concluded he was ready to inspect my car only by the fact he was scrapping my old inspection sticker off (still never saying one word to me). I found him and other mechanic to be very rude and abrupt with the receptionist as well, which she expressed in her facial expressions to me. I keep trying to give this place a chance, but I have learned my lesson and will never return again.

I took my truck in to have the clutch replaced. The part they got was bad and they had to keep it another two days. *That* part was also bad (different suppliers and brand), so another two days. That wasnt so bad and wasnt their fault, but I had asked about other items as well and while it was waiting for the clutch they did nothing. So when the clutch was done it would be another two days to fix the other problems. I declined. When I got the truck back the inside was *filthy*. A very fine dust was on everything like they had left the cab while the transmission was out. They should have sealed the opening with a garbage bag or something. I wont return. Im trying After Hours Automotive next.

I had my tires replaced there. A couple months later when I was replacing my brakes, I couldnt get one lug nut off. They had crossthreaded it back on the stud. When I went back, they said that another mechanic did it and they wouldnt replace it. Luckily I had the receipt to show they did. Then they didnt want to fix it because it was a couple months ago. Did they expect me to check the work of the mechanics afterward by removing all my tires? After some dispute, they agreed to fix it. So i go back to finish replacing my brakes. Turns out they put a different sized stud back on. Now I have to have two different lug wrenches to take one tire off. AVOID THEM!!

Its never fun to have flat why your on vacation. Someone at the resort told us no one would be open on Saturday. We called and TU was open. We drove 20 minutes to TU and found super courteous and nice people. Change out the tire for a new one at a reasonable price with excellent service and really nice people. Took less than 20 minutes from the time we pulled in. Also recommended Frosties ice cream. Turns out they were family. No biggie, the ice cream was good.

I take my vehicles here for tires and mechanical work and am always pleased with the experience. If I have any questions they take the time to talk to me. The staff is friendly and always have a smile. I live approximately 50 minutes away and it is worth the drive for dependable and trustworthy work. As a woman I am glad that this a clean establishment and has clean restrooms.

Very unreliable business. I ordered tires Saturday to be installed Monday, they said they would call me when they came in.... Monday came and they did not call me and when I called them they said they didnt have my name on file and did not have my tires in. That is very unprofessional...I would not recommend going to tires unlimited, ever!!!!!!!!!!

had car inspected and was rejected. asked for prices on part to to fix what was wrong. for the cheapest part they charged twice as much as advance auto part and fishers. then was going to charge 90 an hour for labor. was going to charge $34 to put two retainer tabs that cost $3 under my fender. never go back prices are extreme

I took my car in for a set of tires a few months ago. The idiots changing the tires forced the center off my hub caps which are held on by the lug nuts. The centers cost more than the hub caps. They absolutely refused to do anything about it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.....................

I had a great experience taking my car here. I had flat tire while I was going through Louisa. Thankfully I was able to stop by here. They were quick and courteous while changing my tire and getting me back on the road. I will definitely stop here for all my car needs.

Went there today for a inspection sticker they failed it over DOT approved headlight that passed the year before. So I went right next door to them and the headlights passed no problem.If you want to get lied to.this is the place for you and your car!!!

We were on our way to doswell,va we had some camper tires blow out on Saturday they were open until 1pm, we stopped in at 12, very fast, friendly very nice shop and waiting area, great service, friendly. Stop here for all your tire needs!
