TL;DR Avoid this location unless desperate for any job. Id suggest avoiding this location (cant speak about the company in general.) I received a call from a recruiter about an interview, but no mention of what position it was for. After a bit of phone tag, I had an "interview" scheduled for a position I still could not locate. After arriving a bit early on the day of the interview, I still could not locate any position I would have applied for. Under the assumption that I might be overlooking it I went in. Once I went in, the paperwork I was immediately handed to fill out was a copy of a photo of a copy or something that was almost impossible to read. When I asked about the position I was there for the response was evasive at best. When they called my name with a few others, I pressed to find out what the position was for before wasting more of my or their time watching a video and filling out safety paperwork. I was still unable to get an answer on what position it was but it did not evidently have anything to do with anything I would have applied for after getting home and further research, I still have no idea what the position was but it had nothing to do with what I have done for the past decade and a half nor can I find any reference to what position I "applied" for there.

Worst place I have ever come across in my whole life!!! The worst part is that it wasnt even for me directly my husband got a job through them and they worked hi two days then laid him off after a lot of promises. Then started him at a new job and he got treated like a piss ant!!! Worst of all they say they are to send emails giving details about the job you take and you never receive the email then they called and said they didnt need him he next day for work and called back the next day wondering why he wasnt at work and telling him he was supposed to be there. Long story short they are Horrid Terrible People if thats what you would even refer to them as I have dogs with better manners and more couth then these idiots. Stay away from them particularly Carol and Tina if you are in need of a temp job try Callos Resources in Frederick MD hooked my husband up with a great job.

My experience was that this company is dishonest and unhelpful. My work history wasnt the best so I went here to try to improve it and turn my life around. They acted helpful at first but after I couldnt be placed with one of their clients they were unwilling to help me find a job but didnt say so, they just said there are no jobs available repeatedly for weeks, I would have gone to work at McDonalds instead I waited and got nothing. when I called even though I went in the office and saw new people getting hired and saw new general labor jobs being posted online. I think the managers "good candidates" search word she always goes on about is a euphemism meaning they wont help you if you dont seemt of it their definition of being good, atleast in my experience. Now I feel insulted and will never deal with these judgmental people again.

They really dont know what they are doing,They was supposed to pay on a Thursday,I didnt get paid until the following Monday, I called in and they said I was confused because my pay check was on my pay card. And I said OK Im just going to call you and say I didnt get paid ,Come on spherion let get real, The world haves better things to do .Then to call and lie about something.
