It is with great pride that I share that I was provided instruction at this studio from 1992-2001, as well as an Assistant Teacher from 1999-2002. As someone from my hometown, Burlington, this dance studio provides a small town feel. Mrs. Julie has an extensive background in professional ballet, professional dance tours, etc. She trained me to provide dance in a fun and exciting way! If you are looking for competitive dance technique, this studio will not fill that desire, and those principles are not a priority. If desire positive discipline with an adult who provides unconditional, genuine, professional, and empathetic support for children, youth, and adults of all ages-this is your place! The rates are the most reasonable I have seen spanning from all of Racine County, and I have done extensive research as an adulut. It is the best way to provide an experience that can benefit yourself or your children from in all facets of your life! I have been personally changed from what I have learned there through the art of dance and WITHOUT QUESTION the impact Julie Divan has had for me personally and professionally. You will not regret supporting a studio that has been providing the Burlington community with this service for close to 25 YEARS, especially since it was one of the founding studios at that time in Burlingtons history.

just because someone happens to dance at innovations, doesnt mean its a good place to dance at. having only one teacher has drawbacks- less individual work time, smaller class sizes, etc. plus, having danced there and numerous other dance studios in surrounding areas, the technique is dangerous. dancers are put on pointe too early and other hazardous mistakes. PLUS the students are in all the routines. where does she find the time?

I danced at Innovations under Miss Juile for 15 years. Innovations changed my life. With the wonderful leadership that Miss Juile offers, any child will develope confidence and inner strength. The non-competitive atmosphere and charismatic instructors make Innovations the best dance studio in Burligton, hands down!
