She didnt wash my hair...just brushed it backwards...kneeled down and went straight across with scissors like I was getting a bowl cut. Didnt touch the long front sides..didnt ask me how it looked just said I was done and sent me on my way. I didnt even argue. I didnt know what to say. I paid full price for a 4 minute haircut...and thats all she did. No wash no "how does it look" nothing. I went back the next morning being promised by the manager that she would fix it right away as I had to work and had to wait 35 minutes..I waited and gave it another chance. Needless to say I went somewhere else a day later to actually get it trimmed properly...all in all I ended up losing about 6 inches of hair..i just wanted a trim.

I went in today wanting a Balayage look and I definitely got what I wanted!! 3 1/2 hours later, my hair was amazing and looking healthy thanks to Rachel!!! She knew exactly what she was talking about and what she was doing. Never once did I question her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone!! I am so satisfy and will definitely go back in!!

When my normal place isnt open they are a good back up. They will try to talk you out of something if they dont want to do it though.
