I have gone to Colleen a few times and she never disappointed me. I always left happy bragging about myhair. She always charged me at a resonable price. However, this last time I went, I got highlights. Next day in the shower, I noticed that while washing my hair it was really stringy and was falling out. I got out and brushed my hair and it felt almost like cotton candy. Luckily I was able to get into a salon where they could do a treatment. She cut my bangs and they are so terrible looks like a two year old did them, for real! Then she charged me an arm and a leg! She has always had the best prices. So I paid for her to fry my hair and chop my bangs. All said and done my hair costed me over 200 dollars. My suggestion- go somewhere thats consitant with prices and coloring. . .

The previous review appears to be from someone with a vendetta. Probably an ex employee. I have been going to Colleen prior to her opening In Style. If someones hair was fried Colleen would have known prior to their trying to leave. She is the type of person that would fix it on the spot until you are satisfied. The prices have never changed so I am guessing there was more done than stated. I drive 350 miles to get my hair done at In Style. Because she is the only one I trust to do a color. Noting that I have paid $250.00 where I live. So it is worth the drive. If you want a Quality Salon the place to go is In Style Salon. Hands down the best place to get a hair cut that you will love.

After having my hair fried at a popular Eau Claire salon I didnt want anyone to touch my hair. One day, on impulse, I walked into In Style Salon to just get a quick eyebrow wax and loved the job Colleen did. She made me feel comfortable and soon I was willing to let her touch my hair. She did a wonderful job on my hair and I have now been a consistent client for 2 years. I also bring 4 of my children to her for the hair cuts. She cares about her clients and always goes above and beyond for them, she even comes in on her days off!

No show for a wedding. I had a hair appointment scheduled for my wedding reception the morning of. Jess, the stylist, was a no show. I did not get a call or message and sat outside of the salon for 30 minutes before leaving. Colleen, the owner, called me on Tuesday, a few days after to apologize. While Colleen was great, I wont be going back. I do not recommend this to anyone with a special event.

Coleen runs a wonderful customer service driven salon. I have never been dissapointed. Jess and Her both go above and beyond to provide the best care to their clients. My daughter has very curly course hair and Jess has always taken her time and never charged extra. Great place if you want to be treated well and receive wonderful services at a reasonable price.

I love this Salon! Its so hard to find a good hairdresser and waxer that you can trust. The ladies here are amazing and so nice. I have gotten my eyebrows done here several times and they always look fantastic. I have had my hair done as well and no complaints. I highly recommend this place

Loved that when I went Jez was very friendly! It takes so long to do my hair and this was the first place I went to where she didnt get rushed at the end!!! Loved getting my hair done and cant wait to get it done again.

i feel bad for colleen because it took over 4 hours to do my hair but i just cant thank her enough. she gets to know her clients, shes fun, and she does an AMAZING job.
