My Experience! Well went in for a perm Yesterday May 2,2017, My hair is thin,babyfine, and shoulder length, When I get perms, I got curl from root to ends, hair feels thicker and fuller and darn cute.I hadnt been able to get a perm or go because I had cdiff fighting for my life for a year, and having 2 elbow surgeries and havent felt well enough to go, til few weeks ago, wanted a new LOOK! I walked in with straight hair, and after there was NO curl, I kept telling the stylist does this looking in the mirror lifting my hair from root out saying does this look permed,telling her my hair takes to perms well ,and this isnt even close, looked like just got out of shower and hair still straight as a board!For ten minutes dumbfounded and asking her for the 10th time Does THIS looked permed to YOU? Even after my dissatisfaction and disappointment of walking IN with straight hair and after the perm WITH straight hair she charged ME! I paid $99 receipt said perm lower back. My hair is shoulder length, I should have gone to the professional college of beauty paid $34 and sat in the chair for 4 hours and gotten A Real Perm(their students)! Instead of a salon where takes 2 hours and get NO perm and get charged $99. I called talked to the assistant manager,told her wanted my money back,we will get back to you in 24 hours. WTF!Wish I could post a picture! My motto someone isnt happy and has a firm right to be, shouldnt charge them. My hair is so fine I cant have them redo my perm will fry my hair and would have to cut it short and let it regrow out, and people with fine hair takes forever just to get shoulder length hair,2-3 years infact! I would so love to post a picture. Before going to this salon,went to cost cutters (not realizing my appointment was in Southside Wal-Mart in lacrosse not Onalaska one) called Fantastic Sams, got in for my perm. I stopped into cost cutters afterwards and asked same stylist lady does it look like I got my hair permed She said NO looks the same as before said nope Did get what Fantastic Sams thinks is a perm and got charged $99. Shes like WTF. They are so unprofessional they turned paying customers whom needed haircuts away because one stylist was busy curling,putting make-up on her cute 4-5year old,while the other stylist kept an eye on the ladies 2 year old son. The other stylist was finishing another stylist blue hair and make-up (for pictures and they win they go to Vegas) guess thats more important than actual customers needing a haircut, Asked the assistant manager how do you make money? Got cameras look for yourself,unless they are just for SHOW! I couldnt go to the salon,today and told her my hair cant be repermed because it being fine and thin,and wanted my money BACK! but told the assistant manager Ill send you pictures of before perm,and after perm.She Wasnt interested,did tell her was going to post a review and ONE on Facebook and everywhere else, SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEPLACE ELSE FOR YOUR HAIR CARE NEEDS!

Between going to here and the lacrosse location Ive never had a bad experience. Great fast staff who are great at providing quality haircuts! I had a horrible experience at a cost cutters bad highlights and was neglected by my stylist. Ive gone between Botha chains for a while but after that bad experience I came here and was wowed and wont go back

We got there and they told us it would be a 35 minute wait. We waited for over an hour. No apology for running so late. They have done that to us every time we have been there. I understand there is a wait but be honest about how long the wait is. Not going back.
