I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Perhaps if you need a simple buzz cut. During the ten hours that I spent there over two days two other people came in requesting their money back for their haircuts. I went in asking to go from brown to dirty blonde. I showed both stylist photos and discussed my concerns. They told me they were confident they could do it. Wasnt even close. The manager couldnt correct it. So I went in as a natural brunette and came out with blackhair because they couldnt even cover it up right. They gave me my money back after I requested it, however couldnt give me a deep conditioner to help repair the damage my hair underwent because they could not get it right the first, second or third time. Do not go here if your looking for an enjoyable experience.

Awful eyebrow wax this weekend of Jan 1/2016...lots of wax left all over my eye brows that burned and spots of eye brow hair missed...my right eye brow was thinned way to much on the end and looks awful and doesnt match the other side...when I asked about something to help with a dry itchy scalp she had one suggestion after thinking for a good few minutes...the suggestion she had when I read the bottle wasnt even for dry scalp...yikes....NEVER again

The ladies are nice but, I think they lack experience. I went to them today, and the hair dresser was more worried about talking to her company then doing the job. I had to go to Great Clips to have my hair fixed. I absolutely loved the smart style hair dresser in Greenfield Indiana. She knew her stuff. It just goes to show its not about the place you go, but the person doing the job.

I was born with naturally thick hair and I went to get it thinned and they did and amazing job I had no more headaches no more ratty hair when I woke up it was amazing service and its inexpensive

if i could out half a star i would..... they never have enough ppl working and they tell u 15 min. wait then an hour later they will be free, worst experience ever!!!
