Burglary! Followed by lies on the part of Southview. The pieces holding the locks on the old units can easily be pried off since the "wood" they are screwed into is really just a cardboardish particle-board. My parents unit was burglarized 2 nights ago. The police told us that there are constant burglaries there. Evidently the owners are not interested in changing the structure of the locking mechanisms to prevent burglary. Moreover, the owners did not respond to numerous phone calls yesterday from me, requesting that they come secure my parents unit, so my brother and I had to go and empty the unit to keep my parents possessions safe (today my dad rented a unit at Menards). To make things even more absurd, today the owners contacted me both via phone and in writing and denied that my parents were even renting that unit!!! Do they really think that they can get away with that?

I originally called for a 10x25 Unit but there was a mix up and they didnt have any of those left. I spoke to Phyllis and Dennis and they offered me a 10x20 unit and another smaller unit close by for the price of one unit since i originally showed up ready to load up a 10x25. Dennis and Phyllis were very understanding considering i just moved here from New Jersey.

Southview Storage- The location is great! The choices are great, and so are the prices. We have always had great service from Dennis and Phyllis. Its so easy to get there from anywhere around Eau Claire, Altoona, Fall Creek, Augusta, or even Menomonie or any other towns around here, since the warehouses are just off I-94 at 93.

I love Southview Storage. They are so nice, friendly, safe, understanding, and their prices are some of the best in town. It is close easy to get to and they meet you there to get checked in. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Southview Storage. Management was great, and so is the location. The units are clean, well-kept, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Southview Storage.
