The customer service is fantastic! The website advertised 24 hour service, and they meant it! I had a small emergency and needed to access my belongings at 3 am, and it was no problem! The staff are incredibly nice and show much hospitality. The entire process, from renting the unit, storing my things,and paying the bill was incredibly easy. The month-to-month lease on all storage units was incredibly nice, especially since many places that I have been to will have slightly different deals (i.e. 2 months, etc) on different sized units in order to turn a profit. Bill pay can be done all online, so no need to get a bill in the mail or even pay at the site!

I have been storing some used furniture at Ironside for almost a year now and I love their location in the heart of Onalaska! Mitch is super easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend for your storage needs.

This place is great. The online bill pay is the way to go. Makes it much easier. And in the winter months they clean the snow off great and they do month to month. Whats not to like?
