Situation: I was highly disappointed in the services received by this location in Kenosha. The company had advertised an open house. Upon arrival I was asked if I was there for the open house, asked to complete some paperwork located by the door and was told that someone would be with me shortly. Upon observation, I noticed there were four employees in the office and I was the only client visiting at the time. Two of the employees were assisting other clients over the phone, one was involved in something on the computer and the other walked the office with a pad of paper in her hand. After patiently waiting for 15-20 minutes, the young lady with the paper came back to the front of the office and was told by the employee who was working on the computer that someone had received payment for what appeared to be a job not performed? The lady with the paper then stated. "Let me look into that." Hello people, you have a potential candidate waiting to speak to someone. I politely got up and walked out. Oh, I failed to mention that I was the only person in the office besides those who were working. Problem: After working in customer service for over 18 years, this is definitely not the way I would want my organization to be represented. Thanks for the greeting, it was well welcomed. However, if I could share any advice, treat your customers and potential candidates as such. Do not take for granted that they need you because the reality is, you need people such as myself in order to remain in business.

I wouldnt even rate them a star at all. I called up to the company to inquire about applying and the lady Doris was so rude to me. When i asked for a corp office number to report her to she gave me a fake number. Im going to search online for their corp. office number because nobody should be treated so rudely. They are very unprofessional and she hates her job so much she needs to find a new one.

Everytime I call or walk into the office I always deal with one worker there who always has an attitude and is very rude. Its hard to work with them when I always deal with this is one person. Not many openings either another problem low pay rates too
