Service was very friendly and very quick. I showed up without an appointment a few times and they immediately found someone to talk to me. However, i went there looking for a better job to replace the job I currently had, I told them that I wanted something 10+ and hour. They said that sometimes they get offers for that hourly rate and would get back to me. 2 days later I received a call saying they found a job for me and I was to start the following monday, I clarified and reclarified until I knew FOR SURE that I had that position. I went and bought a uniform, quit my job and was ready to start the next day. 9:30 pm the night before i was suppose to start I got an email saying that my job had been given away and I was no longer needed. I am now jobless and struggling to pay my bills, my husband works 70 hours a week trying to provide and its causing so much stress! Im waiting to hear back from the agency but so far they have not contacted me and no jobs have been found. My advice, be careful, dont just give up what you already have. You never know what will happen so think twice before you go here.

Very rude, terminated me twice for false reasons, would only have me on an assignment for less than a week and would terminate and deem me as "not a right fit" when i showed up every day and on time. Perfect attendance record. I was terminated for apparently complaining about the smell and having car problems when 1: i havent owned a car in the past 6 months and 2: i never complained about any smell. Then they have the decency to tell me that i quit when i never quit. Horrible place to work at. I suggest elsewhere

QPS is an excellent place to find a job, so please do your self a favor and dont listen to these bad reviews. If your a good dependable worker QPS will take care of you. They found me a job that was a union position and I stayed there for 3 years untill a mandatory union shift change caused me to look for employment again. I went right back to QPS and they found work for me right away at a great company for $16 an hour. So once again please find out for yourself dont listen to these bad reviews.

Grim Puppy

I have been fighting for a replacement check for over 6 months. They gave me a check that expires in 30 days but it took them 3 weeks to get it to me. They told me I had a week to cash it and want to charge me 30 dollars to replace it. I spoke with several people there and they dodge my calls and never return calls (at least when it means they have to do some real work). Horrible staff. They give me a week to cash it but cant call me back in multiple attempts through out the month (months).

I was given a job and I worked one day and when I went into the office the following Monday they told me that I was no longer needed. And that they filled the position before I even got hired. I want to thank them for wasting my time, They are also horrible at calling people back. They told my sister that they had a job for her and they never called her back. Shes called numerous times and have left numerous voice mails. I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

The girls that work here never answer the phones, never ever ,also none of the jobs are practical its always a 3 week 4 week wait for crapy jobs , they also call u randomly ask if your interested in a job then never call u back. The worst agency ever is qps , the staff should be fired and replaced with a more aggressive staff team.

Service is quick and they get you a job fast BUT the receptionist in the a.m is terribly rude and hung up twice on me so I couldnt call in as available. A week before the same receptionist also refused to take my brothers call in for a sick day and because of it he was let go.
