My experience with Aerotek has been very pleasant. What people dont seem to understand is that Aerotek does not work for the candidate but for the companies. They arent there to find YOU a job. They are there to fight the right person for the position. With that being said, Ive talked with a lot of recruiters from Aerotek in the Chicago/Milwaukee area. Some better than others, but was eventually contacted by Jeff who ultimately helped me land a job Im very happy with. Jeff took the time to learn about me and my work experience throughout several months while also trying to get interviews for several places. He was always a phone call or email away, returning calls and emails within hours. And while he didnt work for me, he made it obvious it was one of his top priorities to find me a position I would be happy and excel at. He was very professional and always courteous. Thanks Jeff.

I have been working with Neil at Aerotek and have been extremely pleased! He is so honest and helpful he stays with you every step of the way, he shows appreciation and gratitude! I wouldnt use any other service! The rest of their team seems great but Neil has my loyalty and return business ;)

worst experience ever, id give them 0 stars, i cant believe how incredibly rude and disrespectful and unhelpful these people are, parallel employment is the best, i suggest them instead of this place, aerotek couldnt pay me a million dollars to give them a 5 star rating.

Poor performance. Called several times only to be hung up on. If youre not going to apply for a specific job I highly recommend any other temporary employment agency.
