Jasmine salon is a great experience with staff that are experts in their field. Each time I visit for hair color or cut, pedicures or massages I am amazed at the quality of service and the accomodating staff to meet my needs. The schedule is exceptional. You can preschedule an appointment or if you desire call at the last minute, either way the staff is available. I get numerous compliments on my hair cut and color thanks to Sarah and Heather. My son also comes for hair cuts that are trendy for his age and easy to manage that after a cut it practically takes care of itself. Good news for an 11yo boy. I like the fact that when you are their for an apt you are their only client until you are finished. There is no waiting around it is all about you for the moment. Thanks to all the staff for making Jasmine a great experience each and every time.

I had taken a friend to this salon before for a makeover, and we were pleased. Just recently (October 2013), I made an appointment online for my tween daughter and myself for services. We were to be traveling two hours and planned a wonderful mom/daughter getaway. This appointment was to kick off our weekend. After making the appointment online, there was a message on my home voicemail that an appointment request had come through. I called back on that day and left a message confirming we would be there on Friday at 3:00. I had not received any further calls or emails indicating differently. Once there, I called again to confirm and was told there was no appointment for us. I was very disappointed and could not imagine why they would not have called us back if they could not accomodate us. Very poor communication. :(

While on vacation in Lake Geneva, I made reservations at Jasmine for my husband, daughter and myself. The spa was great in scheduling service for all of us at the same time. Leticia performed my nail services and didnt seem to bat an eye part way through my polish app when I decided to try a shalack for the first time. She was pleasant, engaging and offered great recommendations for dining and other activities while we were there. Monica performed a massage for my husband who says she did an excellent job. My daughter also loved the experience with her nail services and said the lady (sorry I cant recall her name) made her feel like a princess. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The facility itself was beautiful and well equipped. We will surely visit again.

First they did a bad dye job on my hair.. They knew it was bad. I called to get it fixed and they were going to make me wait 3 weeks to get in. Finally the hairdresser called me and "squeezed" me in. When I got there all the staff was looking at me and whispering. I felt bad for coming back to get it fixed because they all made me seem like a b*tch for not liking it. They were not friendly there. Wont go back.

I have had facials at many different salons and this one was by far the best! Amanda, in particular, made it such a relaxing and enjoyable experience ( I might have even fallen asleep)!! I loved that afterwards she explained the products that would work best for my skin and never pressured me into feeling the need to purchase them. Thank you so much for such a great service at an affordable price!

I booked this salon for my bridal party last Saturday in preparation for my wedding. The services were fantastic! The hair and makeup made us look like something out of a bridal magazine. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everybody was ready for the wedding. I had a magnificent experience and would highly recommend this salon to future brides.

Jasmine hosted our bridal party on August 30th and it was wonderful! All the ladies were so nice and accommodating to our needs and everyone left looking great! It was a nice, relaxing atmosphere to be at the morning of my wedding, I would recommend Jasmine Salon to any bride looking for an awesome salon experience for her bridal party.

Every time I am in Lake Geneva, Jasmine Salon is my favorite stop. The ladies are amazing, super helpful and very friendly. The services are outstanding and I definitely recommend the salon. Great cuts, great assistance with product and excellent make up tutorials. :)

Very friendly staff and my stylist always gets the cut/color exactly how Id like. I look forward to the Aveda tea, hand and eye treatments while my color is processing, too. Its the extra little things they do that made me a loyal customer.

Just got home from an Amazing 90-minute Hot Stone Massage with Casey! I have always been very impressed with the service at Jasmine Salon and Spa. Highly recommend massages with Casey. Best massage in Lake Geneva, WI!
