I lived in Madison for 7 years and had my hair done pretty much everywhere. But Hachi is BY FAR the best place in Madison, both for cuts (men and women) and color. Johnnie is my go-to guy for a haircut and highlights, and he is a true artist! he is super detail oriented and I can always tell the difference when I leave there vs. anywhere else. I highly recommend hachi!!!

Hachi Barber & Salon is the best haircut in Madison, WI. Johnny and Akemi are fantastic. They never rush the process and they will not finish to youre happy. If you continue to go to Hachi they will really work with you to find new styles. The staff is amazing and they are very professional.

Akemi takes the time she needs to get my hair just right. I love the head massage that I get at the end of my haircut. I also love that she uses a straight edge blade on my neck and around my ears.

Great, fast, quality service! The woman that cut my hair had a lot of obvious skill! The haircut ended with a tiny shoulder rub and a hot towel wrap to wipe away hair!
