Only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 star is because of the hot staff members they have working for this pathetic location. They purposely hire good looking women to make you apply with them, my recruiters name was Stacy a blonde milf in her late 20s or early 30s looking lady who doesnt work there anymore for unknown reasons told me that if I was to come in for an interview and apply that day she was gonna give me a temp job right on the spot...2 days of wasting my time driving from the west side of madison to sun prairie and doing everything they ask I ended up getting no job and having to call in every monday even till now for them to say to me that they dont have anything at the moment....such bullshit I swear. When I called them last week to cancel working with them then they had 3-4 positions opened but too late I had enough of their crap so I declined and simply hung up on some lady named Briana. I already told all my friends and family members that this place and QTI are last stop resorts for anyone looking for temp work. Just like the qti group, both of these places have employees that probably wake up early hating to do their jobs plus they have no real talent for hard working people as myself. Forget Remedy staffing and QTI in Madison....

Unfriendly atmosphere. After taking half the day to drive out to Sun Prairie and interview, then take the next day to complete "prove it" testing, passing with flying colors, I heard nothing from them. I would call to follow up only to get an attitude that I was annoying them by asking what comes next. Supposedly they submitted my resume to a company but I received no follow up from them or any communication and again had to call a week later to get information and a cold response from Brianna. I sent an email to them explaining my disappointment and again no courtesy of a response. Do not waste your time with these people. The last thing you need when diligently looking for a job is to be frustrated by people who do not have your back. There are plenty of really good staffing agencies out there to choose from. Remedy is a wonderful place. All the staff are diligent and focused, but the person who takes the cake is Maria. I have worked with a couple staffing agencies before and the experience has been lack luster. I can just feel that Maria always has me in mind whenever a new job opening comes in. She is always looking for things that coalign with my personal and professional interests to ensure that I continue to trust in her ability to find me the perfect job... Every time. She is very helpful and doesnt beat around the bush, which makes it easier to make decisions. I always know my options and am confident that Maria is on my side no matter what. They told me I would be working as a secretary and they sent me to a very busy call center. They did not mail me my W2 and i have been hounding them for it since. At the place I was working I could not make the drive, I told them, and they said I could not quit the position and if I did they would not help me find another job. I worked at the call center for 6 months as a temp and the day before I was to be "hired on" they fired me. The recruiter Lori was of no help, she began ignoring my messages/phone calls after awhile. Since then it has been very hard for me to find work, thanks for messing with my life remedy. NEVER AGAIN!

Remedy provides a superb experience that serves as a relief from the Kafkaesque world of temp to hire agencies. Maria, in particular, was especially welcoming. She went above and beyond to not only search for positions that met my needs, but also delved into my personality and helped me discover what I hoped to gain from being a working member of society. Her dedication to helping others and facilitating our economy by stimulating her own business is inspiring. There need to be more people like Maria in the world!!

I am very disappointed in this organization in the Madison, WI area. I worked for them for almost 3 months and am now being hung up on a 12 month agreement term, that basically tells me that I can not apply for direct hire with the company I was working at. If you even miss 30 minutes during the 3 month agreement, the company you where working for cant hire you and would have to pay a hug payment. Further more are they do not follow up. Leaving messages and voice mail and there is no response.

I cant say enough about remedy staffing. I am usually turned off when it comes to hiring agencies however remedy was really engaged with me while helping me with my job search. I worked with Lori and she even gave me tips before my interviews. She was also extremely quick when responding back to me. I would definitely recommend Remedy Staffing to anyone that is interested in finding employment.

As far as them giving us jobs its great and all but the recruiter Lori Sillah. She is not a person to ever work with. She argues with you over the phone does not listen or take into consideration of others. Also very disrespectful. She doesnt follow through with what she says she is going to do. Also they need to change the sign in process for certain jobs.

I think Remedy is the best agency I have ever worked with they keep me working and getting paid very well for my services Im currently on the road to getting hired permanently with a great company working with Remedy would be great for anyone that is really interested in working and trying to find longterm emplyment or short term it doesnt matter.

Worst experience ever. Never got the right help from my "work recruiter" and only after talking about one place he just gave up. When I called back to see what happened, he said he had no "recollection" of me ever talking to him, and that he said he doesnt want to help me anymore. Never talk to a person named Thynne Worst/laziest worker ever!

I worked with Meagan and was very satisfied. She was attentive concerning my placement. Making sure it was a good fit and I was comfortable with my choice. Something I appreciate considering that fact I have a busy schedule. She also reaches out to me making sure Im ok, which I appreciate as well. Im happy I had a chance to work with her.
