My wife works through them at Shop Bob...and they call my wife to work...but when my wife gets out there...she finds out that the temp need was cancelled...but QTI staff never called to tell my wife she was called off..instead, they let her and several other employees show up only to be turned away. QTI staff does not keep track of hours that their employees have worked as my wife has had two pay check shortages in the two months that she has worked their. And not to be rude or disrespectful, but their is an employee at QTI named Jose, who is very unprofessional and does not do his job well. If you are out there and looking for a job, QTI should be your last resort until they undergo a change in their staff. They seem to think that they can treat their employees like dirt, as you are only "temps"..Lets not allow this to happen anymore...boycott QTI!! They cant make money without employees!!! There are other temp agencies....GoodLuck!!

For that last 6 years or more I had a privilege of working very closely with QTI and being a client myself I have nothing but good things to talk about the agency . They are very professional , knowledgeable temporary staffing agency that has been providing me and the company with top class temporary staffs. Every single communication that has been between us has been very professional and useful .While proving me the staffs they have always examined the persons work ethics before sending over to me .I would always use them as my source for temporary staffing. I give them huge five star and wish them all the best. I would surely recommend QTI to any one either looking for a job or trying to find temp help . They are good . Do not just go with the review instead talk to them personally or visit one of their branches .

The first time I dealt with QTI, I got a job at ShopBop. After about a week, I quit and told QTI the job was harsh on my back and that I never wanted to return there. When I got another job at another agency, they kept calling me at all hours of the night asking if I wanted to work. The harassment only stopped when I yelled at them over the phone and told them to stop calling me for the third time. Recently, I submitted a resume and they kept telling me I would be a great candidate for this specific job. They forgot to follow up with me three times in a row regarding the position, and finally, offered me a job at ShopBop, the one place I told them I never wanted to work for again. They are the most pathetic unprofessional group I have ever associated with.

My personal experience with QTI was an exceptional one. Ive worked with other staffing agencies before but never have I been treated with such a high level of professionalism and courtesy, specifically by Mr. José Martínez. The process which I underwent, in order to start working right away, was as seamless as I could ever have imagined and all expectations were made very clear. If I had to undergo this process again, I would choose QTI again hands down. Thank you QTI for a great experience!

Do not use this service. Theyll sell-off not only your contact information, but the contact information that you used for references. Its bad that Im getting them, but it is a truly embarrassing situation to hear from friends and peers about all of their unsolicited calls. I have asked them several times to stop contacting me, the "available positions" never went anywhere for the wage level that they promised. I still get several calls a week. Worst decision Ive made in years...

QTI really listened to me, were very flexible with me, and sent me on each of the seven interviews I had in the Madison area. Truly fantastic. I went to the QTI Group when I was unsure of what my availability would be over the next few months. They were flexible to my schedule and worked tirelessly to find me positions I was interested in and that fit my needs. When I applied at qti first they placed me at McD in madison, but only after a month I was then place with uniek as temp to hire, and have been with uniek ever since and even started moving up the corporate ladder. @qtigroup was a good start, weekly paychecks, and different placements for certain skill sets If it were not for qti I would not have had the opportunity !

After all the set up and interview; nothing has come my way in over ten months....except when I tried to discontinue their services, then suddenly there was opportunities. Im sure for some out there that theyve been helpful and thats great! But over ten months and nothing.....it just doesnt add up. Proceed with caution.

ok imma be honest theres no way they can have all these job post on there site but cant call me for not one not even for the ones i filled out i think that this is just bad temp service i use to think they where good but i see they only need the bodies on there list to get paid
