Fired at two temp jobs due to discussion of religion. All because of being a Christian. And praying they told snelling that I didnt care about my job because I wouldnt quit praying on my lunch break over my food emio and mall City containers. Im confused I didnt sign any thing saying I cant follow my religious freedoms and its not directed any one but my self. So how is I dont care. Because I was asked to stop it might offend some one? Idc if it does its a right I have I was on break and mall City lied and said it too early to produce parts. Because I said out loud god Im tired because its so early give me strength. Again how is this offenseive.

First off they start off friendly and PRETENDING to want to be helpful. They get you in a job SOMETIMES and once you are in the job they become incredibly RUDE! ESPECIALLY KIM! She is very close friends with a manager at summit polymer who is also a woman and they are both sneaky and rude and entitled! The manager of whom I speak of name is Angie! She does minimum to no work and allows people to work for her through Snelling for years with no talk about hiring in! Good luck here! I think it is unprofessional and I would rather talk to higher ups than Kim ever again!

The recruiters that work in this office are not polished and are unprofessional. Every time one of them answer the phone they sound rash and cross. Also, Kelsey Ackerman (about 3 reviews down) works for Snelling. I dont know why she is leaving a review......Told you guys......

Consistently put to work in new environments. Staff is bright and cheerful. Maintain a professional attitude and remember that your recruiter has to put up with a lot every day so be polite and treat your recruiter with respect for best results.
